If I could give this company 10 stars I would! This past weekend I was exposed to bed bugs and I went home to immediately changed and showered putting my cloths in the wash on hot. I checked my bed and vacuumed my entire room. I still did not feel secure doing it myself, so I called several different companies which were so overpriced, and the owners were nasty. However, I stumbled across Ace Bedbug Exterminating NYC. First phone call I made Luis answered immediately and listened to my story. He did not try and talk over me once he just listened. When I was done speaking, he informed me I did the right things to ensure I did not bring any unwanted bugs into my home. However, he informed me a check would be best to make sure I didn't accidentally bring them home previously. He set up a time with me for the next morning before I had to go to work. He ever answered my questions sporadically throughout the night as they popped up in my head. Luis came today, he showed up on time and came right in. He took time to show me how to look and gave me steps to ensure I am taking the right steps moving forward. He was super funny and personable. He defiantly made me feel so much better, especially hearing a professional like him telling me I had no evidence of bedbugs anywhere. Luis and his company are fantastic and I recommend everyone to give him a call if the time comes. He is reasonably priced. I am so happy with my experienced and can now sleep in my bed comfortably and less itchy.

So I was in need of services out of state and I looked up Ace bedbug Exterminating.. Luis was very helpful and trustworthy.. Took care of the situation swiftly and made them feel safe again in their home.. Since Luis did his job efficiently nothing needed to be thrown away all furniture was saved and they have not seen or had any issues thankfully.. Had a wonderful experience with Luis from Ace Bedbug Exterminating. My partner and I found bed bugs in our apartment this past spring. We initially used an exterminator provided by our building's management (big mistake) to remedy the issue. They came and did three treatments and said they couldn't find any more bed bugs and told us we did not have to throw out our mattress or bed frame. We thought we were in the clear but a few weeks later we found more bed bugs, living in our bed frame. After going through the process of washing and drying all of our belongings, throwing out our mattress and bedframe, we called Ace Bedbug exterminating. Luis came within 3 hours of my call and treated the apartment. He had a wonderful personality and great advice for how to avoid this situation reoccurring. He also promised we'd be covered for 6 months by Ace Bedbug if any critters were to turn up again. He returned for another treatment about 6 weeks later. We highly recommend Luis if you have bed bug concerns. I reached out to Luis at 9pm one evening, and he responded within a minute. He came to our house early in the morning to make sure we could get an inspection ASAP. We had moved into a new house recently and had bites or a rash or something that was itching us like crazy.. so we got in our heads about bed bugs. He inspected everything and showed us that there are no bed bugs in our house, and we don’t need to worry. He was so honest, thorough, and personable. Most amazing experience. I called at about 4 o'clock in the morning after putting everything I owned in plastic bags, convinced I had a bedbug infestation. Not only did Luis answer promptly, but he showed up less than 6 hours later and - at my request - pretty much turned my apartment upside down looking for any signs of infestation. He was UNBELIEVABLY thorough. He even checked rooms that I wasn't worried about to give me peace of mind. On top of that, he was so kind, funny, and non-judgmental. In the end I didn't have bedbugs - he could have convinced me into a treatment anyway to make money (really easily, I was going crazy with worry), but he was honest and truthful. Truly a fantastic individual, and the price was far less than what I anticipated. Hopefully I never have to call them again, but it will be a pleasure to work with Luis if I do!

I was very happy to find Luis and his company, Ace Bedbug Exterminating, when I had a recent bed bug scare. He was polite, professional and reassuring (very different than any fumigator I have either spoken to or worked with in the past). He was a clear communicator and prompt. He did a thorough search of my apartment and I felt very comfortable with his expertise and having him in my apartment while alone. I hope my building will continue to work with him for regular cockroach fumigation (needed since I live above a restaurant). I cannot recommend him more highly. You will not regret hiring him.
