Jonathan and BT both as well as the supervisor Steven were a breath of fresh air from what I’ve been used to. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my service but their service today was a 10 out of 10. I went the extra mile for me. We’re very nice and courteous. We had a great conversation and now have a better understanding how to treat my yard and home perfectly. Thank you very much and I give them the highest recommendations.

Terrible service, I signed up for the 18 month contract, I have cobwebs all over the front of my house, had ants and wasps. I was told I was going to have a termite inspection, the inspector showed up in nice slacks not ready for a crawl space, peaked his head down there with a flashlight, didn’t even crawl under the house. Not impressed don’t waste your money. Don’t get locked into a contract that’s how they get you.

Justin, I truly appreciate the quality of work provided. The attention to detail was outstanding — from cobwebs to garage entrances, rose guard, side panels, tree line, deck, and even underneath areas. Signed up during the summer and had first service in June, as of yet they have not returned to service my home and have not provided an additional service that I am being billed monthly for. When I initially signed up I was informed contact was made through Alta for services every 2 months. My next service was supposed to be in August we are mid September already, but that monthly payment is still being deducted.
