Our tech Chris was great! He ask us questions. Performed a complete review before he completed quarterly service. He sprayed where he had bees and also checked our pool shed. We were very happy with our service today. He went above and beyond. Didn’t just do a quick dusting. Thank you Chris! Great job!

I recently had Anchor Pest Services come out to take care of a pest issue, and I have to say, Ernie, the technician, did a fantastic job. He was thorough, efficient, and took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and understandable way. It's always reassuring when a technician shows care for your home, and Ernie certainly did that, making sure everything was handled with respect and attention to detail. While the service was just completed, so I can't speak to the long-term effectiveness yet, I can confidently say that Ernie was great to work with. I felt well taken care of, and I appreciate his professionalism. I’m hopeful the results will be just as impressive as the service itself!

I decided to give Anchor a try a few months back and this was one of the first times I’ve been home to see their process. Rachel greeted me at the front door to understand any concerns or things I’ve noticed that they may assist with, as well as going over her process. She was very polite and energetic. She was also very thorough with cleaning and treating around windows and the other tasks laid out in the contract, which gave me added confidence in their services.

Today, we had our home serviced by Ernie. He was extremely professional and helpful. He checked all the bait boxes and refilled the ones that needed to be. He put copper mesh in a hole under the sink to help prevent mice. He removed webs around the house and treated for insects. We are pleased with our experience!

We’ve been very fortunate to have found Anchor. We’ve had very good results and expanded our services from their Signature plan to adding their mosquito and tick service which I was skeptical about. First time in forever, our pets as well as my husband did not get one tick! Jason was our tech that was here this morning and he was very thorough, spent time with my husband. I had a really great experience with Stephen, it was about 94 degrees which didn’t phase him. His attention to detail as he cleaned every corner of my garage was impressive to say the least! My last pest control people threw a few boxes around, that was it! I’m really happy I made the switch to Anchor. It all started with a very determined salesman that came back 4 times to my house, I’m glad he did!

Regular schedule visit. Had a mouse issue before the visit and they came out quickly and mouse was gon in a few days. I have been using them for years. First time I made a service call. They do an amazing job and would recommend.

This is the worst service I have received in a long time. Our rat problem has been ongoing for three weeks and none of the employees seem to know what they're doing. They give us empty platitudes but no results. And fail to reply to our messages for days. The rats are still going strong. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I'm praying they give a full refund for this. EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: the rats did eventually die. However, this company did not recognize their main entry point even after multiple inspections. We had to have a handyman come out and he found the entry point much more quickly, and for free
