We've used Aspenn for years. We live in a rural area, think farms, cows, chickens, on 4 acres with several dogs and horses. Before we moved to MD from NJ we always had problems with ticks and mosquitoes. Since starting with Aspenn it's been great - an occasional mosquito and I don't remember the last time I saw a tick!

We hired aspenn because we had a bad ant problem in our yard. Even after the first treatment we saw a significance improvement in our yard. We have continued to have them come out for treatments and we feel that it has really helped our situation. We will continue to be customers! We chose to sign up for the next year and will have the whole season of treatments because we were so happy with our previous year of services!

The techs have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. They always make sure to warn me about any open windows they see and check that there are no pets out and about. We have a lot fewer mosquitoes since we have been having ASPENN come out to service our property. Our customer rep is always good about giving us a call to make sure the date works for us, and they are also good about rescheduling when there are weather or other issues. The service is a bit pricey, but it's worth it to have fewer bug problems.

Aspenn comes on the day u are scheduled if weather is bad they will not do the job and will come on another day, and check with u to make sure everything is done well

I was introduced to Aspen when a neighbor was having some work done on their property. At the time, we were having a problem with two (yes, I said TWO) Yellowjacket nests on our property. My wife is allergic to bee stings, so we needed immediate remediation. The team at Aspen was quick, clean and more than efficient. They came a few weeks later and helped us with a box elder infestation we were getting from the neighbor's tree. I agreed to a one-year service agreement with them, and I have not regretted it!

I use Aspenn for roughly 8 years and they are doing a really good job. Provide a flexible schedule, arrive on time and do the treatment well. Technicians are friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Overall had a great experience with Aspen. They take care of the customer and if inclement weather approached after application they would come back out to reapply. I will go back to Aspen probably next season.
