Great experience with this company. I moved into an apartment that had a wasp infestation in the bedroom brick wall. This required a few treatments and I had 3 exterminators during this process - Jamar, David and Rodney. All three were equally excellent with their customer service and work. Dan is very professional and pleasant to work with. Dan does a very thorough job. I did kitchen and bathroom renovations over the summer along with three other tenants. The work done was lovely but all of the treatments done were removed with the gut rehab. Dan meticulously went through every room. Sadly there was mice activity. He refilled traps and filled holes left by new flooring. I should be good from here in time for the Holidays. Nothing like peace of mind. Priceless! Alex is extremely, thorough, attentive, and pleasant to work with. He works in our office twice a week and is always very accommodating, and considerate of everyone. But most of all, we have seen a huge improvement around the office.

Marc came to service our apartment in Brooklyn as a preventative measure against roaches, as we had just moved in and wanted to be extra cautious since we’re in a larger building. He took his time to explain what each product he used did and very patiently answered all my questions. He was very polite and helpful throughout the service. He inspected the apartment, let me know what was happening at each step- he used a bit of gel in the kitchen cabinets on the hinges and corners of drawers and sprayed all along our baseboards, as well as right outside our apartment door and the immediately surrounding hall walls. I felt well taken care of and would absolutely recommend BHB and Marc!
