I called Cowley's around 10am and I had a technician at my house around 2pm to remediate a bee problem in front of my main door. After 24hrs, the bees are not longer around. Fast service. Highly recommend.

Great customer service over the phone and by in person technicians. Very personable and knowledgeable about their field. All issues are taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. Trevor helped mitigate our current pest issue and even went over our old situation to make sure it didn't come back.

Dave was polite, friendly and explained to me about spiders when I asked very knowledgeable. He was also greeted by my hyper yet "scary" dog and he took it like a seasoned pro didn't even flinch when my dog tried scaring him, He told me he missed his dog. He explained what he was going to do and where . I'd welcome him back anytime !

Phenomenal. Thorough. Reassuring and calming. Knowledgeable. James was great. As a first time homebuyer of a 108 year old home that showed active mouse infestation, I was very nervous and worried. Jim calmed me down and walked me through everything. Do not recommend...This company misrepresented their services..from the telemarketer on the initial call to me. Not only that after I canceled service and was told I would no longer be responsible for any fees since my contract was ended AND i paid for their initial service....3 months later they kept my credit card on their books and charged me! They are very disorganized and seem to not know what they are doing. Their service was poor and I asked them to knock down bees nest..after they said they take care of bees the rep would not take down the nests and the bees returned. I do not recommend this company...nothing but stress dealing with them .

Very happy with your service. Alfonso called me to let me know he was on his way. Was right on time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He checked everything out to see problem areas inside and out. Worked very diligently to take care of it all. He was very respectful and pleasant. Highly recommend this company!!

Scott. The fox guy I spoke to him the very first time I stopped into the office because I passed by every day for work, I had in the morning meeting him and he explained everything to me. He’s very knowledgeable and a very nice guy and and he made up my mind to go with you guys. I didn’t like the fact that I tried to make an appointment and you blew me off because I didn’t give you a credit card over the phone the very first time😱🤷‍♂️. I didn’t understand the guy called me told me he was running late. He’d have to reschedule and then I never heard back from 🤷‍♂️. a few weeks later I stopped in again on my way home from work and insisted on getting a credit card and a deposit come out and look at the area I want to trap the fox in. got to meet up with him three times so far and he showed me a lot each and every time explain things thoroughly. Scott is a very good guy. I’m pleased to have him for your services. He is definitely an employee worth keeping and taking care of

These guys are knowledgeable, thorough, and thoroughly professional. They returned every two weeks to check on progress in reducing/removing rodents beforre sealing all entry points (so that the rodents would not be trapped inside my home). Problem solved. They deserve every 5-star review they have received.

Vinny came by our home today and was such a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly thorough. He did a full initial inspection and full service for the Gold Protection Plan. He helped explain to my husband all the details of the service provided and explained some incredibly helpful options we could use to help protect our home. He also treated carpenter bee activity. He was funny and friendly and incredibly respectful of our home and property. We are so pleased and fully trust Vinny and Cowley's. We are so thankful to have found them!

what an absolute pleasure meeting and having our home treated by Vinny… Knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough and made sure. I understood all that he was doing. He took the time to explain to me something that I had not understood on the phone when I was speaking with a representative, and I was very happy to extend our service after he gave a very careful explanation in detail of what was included. Invoice for services do not match what was actually done. If you arent home to babysit them you'll think you got the services detailed in the invoice but you dont. Granular was not put down but invoice says it was. Cobwebs not removed even though invoice says they were. They weren't sure what plan I was on either. I called to cancel my services but was told someone would reach out. For what? I cancelled. Its like that episode from Friends when they tried to quit the gym. Emails are never signed by a person with a name. Feels like A.I. The staff is nice when you get a real person. But avoid AI emails from nameless bots. You don't get what you pay for.

Cowleys Pest Service did a fantastic job! They came to our home the very next day that I called. Carlo, our exterminator, came to handle an infestation of yellow jackets, and he was thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend him and Cowleys to anyone!

Excellent response time - same day service! Jason performed our hornet extermination quickly and efficiently. Prior to addressing the issue, he thoroughly explained the process, even the safety measures taken to execute the job. He even took the time to show my son the interior of the hive once neutralized and was clearly well educated about his profession. Very impressed by the entire experience. Didn't expect it to go so smoothly nor for him to make it look so easy. Definitely exactly what you hope for in taking care of your problem. Don't often give a perfect score but this was a flawless execution (literally)!

We have been using Cowleys as our pest control company for years. They are fantastic . Today Jim visited our home and he was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend having a contract with Cowleys as pests can do damage that well outweighs the yearly contact cost.

I called Cowley's after noticing raccoon damage on my roof. Sabria called me back that afternoon, and was absolutely lovelyI She was able to schedule a wildlife expert to come to my house the very next day. I was thrilled. Scott and Xander arrived on time, and did a very thorough inspection of my property, roof, and attic. Scott explained everything so patiently, answered all of my questions in terms that I could understand, and reassured me that there were things Cowley's could do to address my raccoon problem. Scott and Xander were so friendly, kind, and patient with me. I would highly recommend Cowley's for your 'critter' problems!

Cowleys does a great job with Christmas decor for my home! Jose did a great job! They are responsive, fair and neat! & I receive so many compliments on the house!
