I've had a lot of service people out to a new house recently. Most were very good, but Ralph stood out as being the absolute best of the best. He spent so much time helping me before I was even a customer; knows everything about termite and pest control; punctual; friendly; low prices; just an amazing guy. I recently moved to Tomball, and within the first week of living in our new home I noticed we had an ant problem. When I called Ralph to get a quote, he was VERY polite and thorough with all of his explanations and what he does exactly. He was very flexible and accommodating to come to my home at his earliest convenience, which happened to be the next business day. When he came to my home he was actually 5 minutes earlier than the time window he gave me! When does that ever happen!? It was so greatly appreciated, especially for our first visit. Ralph was extremely polite and professional. He was extremely thorough at inspecting and treating both inside and out.
