Cameron Caudill was out today from Ehrlich to install 14 termite stations. Cameron was professional, courteous and friendly explaining and showing me everywhere he was going to install the stations. It took no time at all for him to complete the installation and explain what to do if a station gets damaged while doing yard work.

Zach was awesome! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, he asked if I had any concerns, checked all of our boxes and then found me and gave me a full report on his findings/any activity in each box. Very respectful and well spoken. Would highly recommend him. I hope I get to work with him again!

Cameron and Greg were both outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They kept us informed every step of the way. We have used Ehrlich before and would definitely request this crew if we ever need this type of service again.

This was our first time reaching out to Ehrlich Pest Control, we had a yellow jacket issue located in the siding of our home. Scheduled them to come out the next day, we were on our way out of town for the weekend, and that was that. Cut to Monday, yellow jackets are still buzzing. I called to inquire and was told that the date had been changed to the next week, without any communication to us. I was told Sean/Shawn (the manager of the York location) would be in touch within 24 hours. That didn't end up occuring so I cancelled the appointment altogether. We will be contacting another business so we can get this dealt with before any structural damage is done.

Explains everything that they are doing. Cleaned everything up & did a good job. I spoke to Cameron most of the time. He was very professional & answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He & his partner were very pleasant.

Ed Rice has been treating our office building downtown for years and is always very responsive. So when we developed a problem with carpenter ants at our residence, I reached out to him and he hooked me up with a sales guy to come take a look. Long story short, Ed is now treating our house, and we feel fortunate to be working with him here as well. He asks great questions and responds appropriately based on our answers. He is also a great listener and an all around nice guy.

I called Ehrlich Pest Control for a massive yellow jacket colony in my kitchen walls. They were incredibly responsive, and their technician, Allan, was informative and extremely professional and thorough. Allan gave me his personal cell for any necessary follow up questions or concerns and came back out two days later to double check the basement area and re-treat any areas of possible entry because I am incredibly allergic and was afraid to go downstairs myself. He even accompanied me to show me all of the areas that were treated and assure me that yellow jackets were not still flying about. I cannot say enough good things about Allan and his service. Highly recommend and will definitely be my first call for any future pest concerns.

Cameron and Greg cleaned, disinfected and put new installation in our crawl space. They did an awesome job. Very polite and professional. Did a great clean up.
