My technician did a great job. He was very efficient and finished in a timely manner. He answered all my questions and was prompt for my appointment. I am so happy to have the protection from critters. I had both inside and outside done.

My tech showed up after 7pm with no notice when during the day they were going to show up, and no notice when they were coming. When my tech was done they left without saying a word. The work they did was fine, it just would have felt more customer friendly if I got a heads up when they were coming as I waited around all day. Speaking of, I didn't get to pick the date they showed up, they just messaged me saying they would come this day without a time. More customer interaction is needed.

Stellen let me know he was here and very politely ask me what I wanted taken care of by the treatment. I explained that I only wanted the base of the house sprayed and nothing higher. He did exactly as I requested. He did a most thorough application and I am completely satisfied. In addition, Stellen is an extremely polite and personable man along with being a true professional.
