If we've ever needed another treatment between the scheduled ones, they've been responsive and come out right away to treat the issue! Today Caleb in Sioux Falls was very thorough and great about explaining what he treated for and assured me that if necessary, they will gladly come back if we find anything he may have missed! I was feeling like I was not getting anywhere with my occasional mouse invasion. The cost I was dishing out to exterminate mice in my house was troubling me so I called and complained. A wonderful receptionist explained the cost and how the billing works. She also assured me they could get a service man to come the same day. Caleb was the nicest service man. When he finished with checking traps and bait I was so relieved. Thank you Fenix for the great customer service service

He worked efficiently and respectfully in our home, making sure we understood the process and answering all of our questions with patience.
