Signing up and scheduling was easy and straight forward! I loved all the reminders and messages before the tech was coming. Ryan was very knowledgeable about pests we had around our house and what to expect after a treatment! Definitely looking forward to less bugs around the house!

Justin was an amazing tech! He was quick, thorough, and sociable! He answered all questions I had and reassured that our problems will be solved. You and your home will be well taken care of if you get him!

A friend recommended Fox Pest Control to me, and they were referred by a friend too. I messaged Fox from their website and they got back to me the very next day. They were very professional and had great manners, customer service, and communication. Getting them out quickly was not difficult as they were able to come out in just a few days. Ben was great with communication and professionalism and he texted me several times earlier that day to let me know when he would be out, when he was on his way, and when he was there. He was right on time. He did a great job getting everything thoroughly treated on day one! He was very knowledgeable about the bugs and rodent droppings he found and what to do about them. He heard stronger solution outdoors and in my garage (per my request since that’s where the spider infestation was). And a pleasant clover smelling eco friendly solution inside the house. The scent was gone by the next day, once it dried fully. I felt comfortable with Ben being inside the house with me. I found many dead bugs already after just an hour and I have not seen any alive bugs since! A big relief, as I had BIG spiders inside and outside as well as some ants and flying bugs. 😬 In the photo you can see a huge dead spider bigger than a quarter along with a lot of dead flying bugs. And I have seen no signs of mice anymore either! I am looking forward to their continuing services throughout the year. I know that different bugs and pests, rodents will return depending on their habits and colonization, especially since I live near a field/ grassy area and I’m thankful that Fox Pest Control will come out unlimited number of times for free to re-treat if needed! I got a 2 year contract because I have mice and their pheromones last 18 months. I wanted to make sure to keep them at bay for at least that long to prevent new ones from tracking the scent. But with me living by a field, I will likely have to stay on some sort of schedule with Fox.

Lied to us about the contract and the $250 cancelation fee that was never mentioned. Our understanding was we were paying for three visits and nothing more. They only came 2 times. I called and left 5 messages with there answering service. First they said he would be in after two, then he would call me, then sorry he is not avaliable. Then we sent you an email, no email ever came. They would not give me the manager name or email address. Then I drove to the "office" in Sioux Fall. It is not really an office just a parking spot and small warehouse for the supplies. No one there. Then I did some more research and discover there are law suits against the company for unethical business practices! No surprise there. I blocked them! Good Luck if you use them!

What a great experience from start to finish. Fox Pest Control kept in communication with me regarding my appointment. On the day of, Gage texted updates letting me know when to expect him. He was exactly on time and listened to my concerns. Both Thomas & Gage were very professional. Looking forward to NOT seeing any pests in/around my house.
