All well and good if you keep their subscription, when you cancel they don't even bother to clear mouse traps from inside the house. We saw reduction in Carpenter ants after the service but no significance difference in other insects. Has subscription for mouse elimination from the yard but had zero affect inspite of subscribing for 4 mo. Will not recommend this service if you are looking for a solution. $750+ and 4mo later we are still having all the issues they were to address

Denis from Greenhow came by today to check for termites in my garden. I have a decaying log I wanted to keep. He inspected the log and my garden soil and assured me I didn’t run any risk in keeping the log in place. The garden inspection completed, he then thoroughly checked my entire basement for termites. He spent a good 20 minutes with me. He was very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. There was no charge for his coming out to do what he called an estimate. You can be sure I’ll call him for future needs. I can’t recommend him more highly.

Green How has been providing mosquito, flea and tick service as well as fertilizing my yard (which is utilized a lot by the hounds) since 2017. The service is excellent, communication/response time is great and their billing is easy. There's a prepay discount if you renew service early by end of April. Highly recommend their company.

Greenhow’s team is incredible. They thoroughly listened to our concerns and didn’t push us in any specific direction. Everyone was so kind and educated us through every step of the process. They were respectful of us and our space and very nice to our pets! Our carpenter ant problem has mostly resolved after just 1 treatment. The treatment is safe and effective. I would recommend Greenhow to anyone in the area with a pest problem.

I didn't actually hire them. I needed a simple inspection for the town to show there are no pests. I had to sign a 10 page waiver, provide all my personal information, register on their website, put my credit card on file, and sign up for auto pay. Really? For a 1 time visit?

Greenhow provides quarterly pest maintenance at our home but will come out any time to address an issue or concern. They also regularly treat our property for mosquitos and ticks through the summer. They are easy to work with, reliable and knowledgeable. We've trusted them for over 15 years and have always been happy customers!

Ace tech Danny Fassino arrived on time, quickly donned slipovers to cover his shoes and set to work placing baited traps on our cellar sills and in boxes on the floor. Within two days, the work yielded success: three dead (now permanently blind) mice followed by another three an additional ex-mouse this week. After each ex-mice occasion the office was contacted and Danny dispatched to remove the former rodents and rebait the traps.
