Jerry was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He explained everything very well and clearly knows his business. I also appreciated that he is pet-friendly. His service was first rate and his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Jerry’s Pest Service is so easy to work with! My originally scheduled time for service conflicted with another appointment and they were able to reschedule to a different time on the same day. Jerry has always been extremely friendly , knowledgeable , and helpful . He and his company go above and beyond what is expected. Recently he even adjusted his schedule to an earlier day for me . Due to the urgency of my big ant problem in backyard ! Also in the past I was having issues with "hobo spiders" wandering through my house . That is a distant memory now ! And thankfully has never re-ocurred since Jerry also makes sure to take the time to explain and educate , and how to help lessen the potential for future flare-ups ! I have tried several different exterminators ...and Jerry's Pest Service is the definitely best , by far !!

Had a bunch of ground hornets that moved into the cellar. Couldn't even open up the way down without them becoming aggressive. Called this place and they sent Erin over and she was able to handle it quickly and efficiently. She made the whole interaction great and pleasant while also doing a great job at completing the task. She even talked some about the hornets and kept the hive so I could see which was really cool to look at. I will definitely call this place again if I have another problem like this. Prompt service, these guys service our huge facility. We had a huge wasp nest and they were here within 10 min, took care of the problem. Carson and Able helped us and they were great. These guys are good for commercial and residential applications.
