Fantastic service as always! We needed a bald faced hornets nest treated in a bush in our planting bed. The response time was great, even moving up our appointment from the original time. They were extremely knowledgeable and detailed in explaining what to avoid and look for. We also had our quarterly service at the same time. We are grateful and lucky to have top notch home service companies in our area like JP Pest!

We have been longtime customers of JP Pest and have always been impressed with the level of service received. We recently heard scratching noises in the attic and they were quick to send a technician. Zach did a thorough inspection in the attic and outside the home to inspect for wildlife activity and entry points. He was professional, answered my questions, and was great to work with.

The JP techs are wonderful. The five star is for the tech not the company. The customer service is awful since they changed ownership and the price went up. I called, waited 15 minutes without getting someone. Tried again, waited 10 minutes. Still no one. I finally left my number for them to call me back. They finally called back but couldn’t give me an appointment without speaking to someone else. I had an ant problem. She said she would call me back. She also mentioned the wait time was 35 minutes for one line and 25 for the other when I complained. She was pleasant. After four hours I decided to drive to JP and talk to someone in person. I found the door locked with notes telling me to call instead. I was highly insulted and mad. Talk about poor customer service. I went home all called again and left my number again. A while later the same agent as the morning called with an appointment for me. Although I was grateful for the appointment I don’t think it should have taken a six hour commitment to get an appointment. The new management is running this company into the ground. II have had them for 25 years and we are considering looking for someone that has people that actually go into the office and give service when you have a problem. The four time a year contract doesn’t say when calling we will give you an answer whenever we feel like it. There is no way to talk to a manager. This is insane. I also find it interesting the front page of their website says not to wait. Get help right away so the problem you are having doesn’t get worse. What a joke with their customer service. I’m hearing others feel the same.

Had a very good experience with JP Pest Services. The two guys that came to my house were very friendly and experienced. They did a great job and explained what they were doing.

We have had excellent service from JP Pest Services for several years. They come every 3 months and check the house/garage and perimeter for pests. They use safe materials that are placed in a way that keeps them out of reach of people and pets. The techs are courteous and professional. We've had Mike a few times and he is terrific -- always respectful of our space and attentive to distancing/mask when we've had a visitor in the house who needs that sort of caution. He is knowledgeable about the work of keeping a house clear of pests without disrupting access or upselling services we do not need. The office staff that deals with questions and schedules the visits is also great -- on the ball and both warm and polite. The company has kept prices down with only tiny increase over the years. Impressive all around.

We have had a great experience with JP Pest. Mark is great and very knowledgeable. He came over to check out a situation for us even when they were fully booked for the day (we already had an appointment scheduled for later in the week but the issue got worse so we called back). This company genuinely cares to resolve the issue!

My 5 Star Rating is specifically for Jim S, my current service technician. He does a thorough job on my quarterly visits and spot treats for any new issues which come up. Recently, Jim came out for a "call back for wasps." I thought there was only 1 nest, but he found 2. He was so incredibly thorough with treatment that they were gone the next morning and have not returned. Where he went above & beyond was reaching out a few days later to be sure he exterminated the wasp nests. Who does this when they work for a big Corporation - Jim does and I appreciate it! Speaking of Corporate, I have been a customer of JP Pest since 2022 and have had a handful of technicians. Since Rentokil gobbled up JP Pest of NH, I see through the tech turnover that the service model has shifted from customer satisfaction to profitability. I'm glad Jim balances both very well, but hate how this has impacted JP Pest's culture. As I say to Jim: "You are the Best- so grateful!"

I have a property management company and have been using JP Pest services for years at multiple properties. They treat my properties with there fall invader spray. It is said on the contract that there may be a haze left on the windows. This is what happened this year. During foliage. They would rather lose me as a client then help me remedy the bad job their technician did. I simply asked for some sort of help cleaning the windows. This is totally unacceptable. I have contacted the local office and run this up the chain of command and they refused to help. They said this was in the acceptable range. This is on every window in a multimillion dollar house. About 30 windows

I had JP Pest stop out to check on traps and the technician Zach was not only very helpful and thorough but he was extremely nice as well. It is always great to have good service but even better when you have a great attitude.

We've been a long-time customer of JP Pest Services for mosquito and pest control and have always been pleased with their professionalism and thoroughness. If we ever notice mosquitos shortly after a treatment they will always graciously come back for an additional treatment. Our recent technician, Ryan, went above and beyond this past week. He noticed a rather large wasp nest and removed it for us. We cannot say enough about the level of customer service we've had over the years from JP Pest Services. Highly recommended!

I spent about $1500 with this company in June and now I’m trying to add additional service. First, I did not receive a call back or email and second, when I called again, the women at customer service offered NO information about the service—no pricing (even though website says to contact for quote), no information on approach, nothing. She only wanted to schedule an inspection. I need some level of information before I waste my time with an inspection. She was also very obviously watching TV in the background. I’m a returning customer trying to give them MORE money and they seem to have zero interest in my business. I will be going elsewhere.

Mike came to my home today for service and I couldn’t be more impressed. He is an absolute wealth of knowledge and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and provided smart solutions to help eliminate mouse access points around my home. It’s rare to meet someone who’s both this skilled and this personable. Truly 10/10 service!

We've had JP past for a while now and there has been the ups and the Downs. today I had two extraordinary workers. Friendly, honest and helpful. Very happy with the outcome of todays visit
