Contacted North Shore Wildlife to remove a family of skunks that took up residence under our shed. Excellent communication from start to finish. Friendly, professional field staff members did a fantastic job with prompt response and removal of the entire family of 7 skunks. Would absolutely use their services again.

We had a family of squirrels living in the eaves of our house, and Northshore Wildlife was fantastic from start to finish. They came out quickly to assess the situation, explained everything clearly, and came up with a solid plan. At first, we didn’t realize there was an entire squirrel family up there, but they were patient and thorough, coming back several times to make sure the job was done right. They followed through on the plan we agreed on, and thanks to them, the squirrels are out and our home is secure. Highly recommend if you’ve got critters causing trouble around your home!

Discovered we had woodchuck in our yard and was referred to Northshore Wildlife. Robert was very responsive and within 3 days the woodchuck was caught. They monitored the traps for 10 days and always available for questions. Highly recommend.

Robert came out to investigate a possible critter in the chimney. Even though we had an appointment scheduled for the following day, he made an extra effort to come the same day I called. He thoroughly investigated the situation and offered helpful advice and education. It was a very professional and pleasant experience for something that had me very worried. TRUE STORY! I found a skunk under my bed at 11pm on a Monday night. Robert was at my house in 30 minutes. He set a trap and had the skunk out of my house WITHOUT SPRAYING by 8am the following morning. Unbelievable service and professionalism! Thanks Robert!

We’ve used North Shore Wildlife twice now and they have done a great job both times. Last year we did the mouse exclusion package and they helped clear out existing mice and fill in potential entrance points. Recently they cuhelped us when we had some skunks nesting under our deck. They removed 3 skunks for us and our dog can roam the backyard safely again! Robert, Rick, and Andrew were all kind, helpful and effective.

I first contacted Robert at Northshore Wildlife because there was a squirrel nest with a mother and babies above my balcony. The aggressive behavior was concerning my tenants, and Robert was initially helpful in identifying a plan for humane removal and exclusion. The written contract specified removal of the nest and squirrel exclusion by closing all entry points to provide long-lasting protection. By the time the work was scheduled two weeks later, the babies had already left the nest, so there was no need for rehoming. Robert did not perform the work himself — he sent two workers who completed the job in under an hour. Afterward, they told my tenant that it was still possible for squirrels to get in and that the job was “just temporary.” This was not what I agreed to in the signed contract, which was for full exclusion and long-term prevention. When I called Robert to discuss it, his tone was completely different from before I hired him. He wasn’t interested in addressing my concerns and instead dismissed me with “thank you for your feedback” and “you’re welcome to schedule a follow-up if you have concerns,” while insisting on prompt payment. I would not recommend this company. The $600 job took less than an hour, was incomplete, and was not performed in accordance with the contract.
