Gavin is a wonderful employee. He did the original spray to get rid of the termites and did a wonderful job. I haven’t seen any termites since. He also was the one to inspect it. U r very lucky to have such a wonderful employee with Orkin. I wish my employees were as efficient as him. His customer service is on point as well. Very satisfied with Orkin and recommend u guys to everyone I know.

I want to give Kudo's to Ryan, the technician who has been going above and beyond to get a serious cockroach infestation in my Mother's home under control. He is doing an amazing job and has gotten them down from swarming out of every drawer and cabinet, to only a few seen once in a while. He is hitting them with everything he's got and we appreciate him so much. Thank you Ryan, you are awesome.

The gentleman was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned about taking care of the issues we were concerned about. He checked the whole house before he started; he asked questions about concerns we had and was eager to address them. He was knowledgeable about bugs, the seasons, and being new to Arizona that was helpful. Overall a great experience.
