Patricia is absolutely amazing!! She tackled the ants and German roaches/regular roaches quickly and efficiently. She was on time, kind, patient, and knowledgeable… she was also very mindful of the baby in the home! Her chemicals actually work—before she even left my house the first ants she sprayed were already gone, and I could see some of the roaches coming out and starting to expire. She explained what I could expect and how the process works for extermination and maintenance in words that were easy to understand. I would highly recommend requesting her specifically when you call to schedule your appointment! My total cost pre-tax was under 300$ which includes all the treatment from today’s visit as well as a follow up visit in two weeks. Going forward the maintenance appointments aren’t as expensive all at once, but they are also only for one appointment.

Anthony has been our technician and we like him to come each time. He calls and/or texts before he arrives and he is attentive to any problem areas, making sure to give them good attention. We haven’t had any bug problems which is the best sign!

Ashton came by on time, called before coming to let me know when to be expected. Explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. He did what he said he would and headed out. It was quick and easy. I am leaving the review before any results seen.
