I have been invaded by uninvited pests. The point being they are not paying rent! I hired PESTCOR because they were polite and explained the costs up front. The technician who arrived inspected the house outside and in. The technician explained the activity and laid down traps. I have had 3 inspections and each technician has found a different species. The technician each have their different perspective on the situation. Perhaps, I suggested a sound or a location which helps them discover another nest? What ever works! Technician listens, that is the most important and positive character in any situation. Wouldn't you agree! The technician is always polite and knowledgeable. BTW, they are always on time.

I couldn't thank the folks from Procore enough. They are extremely professional and very fairly priced. They helped me out tremendously with mice and a bug/spiderproblem. The mice were relentless and we're winning Big Time against every remedy I could think , Google and try. The mice were undefeated and I was exhausted with my efforts and so tired of cleaning up the mess. I have a park model trailer on a piece of property in the mountains with a pavilion and a large barn. A Haven for mice and spiders but no more. From what I personally paid to try to remedy the situation I could have purchased 10 years of service from procore and had the problem cured from day one. Not only did I save money when procore came on the scene, I no longer handled anything and my mice problem was taken care of. No more surprises and no more cleaning up after the mice. What a relief. They are extremely professional and caring and very fairly priced. Simply can't go wrong with them.

Our technician Jessie comes bimonthly and I cannot overstate how pleased my wife and I are with her, and Procor as a whole. She is remarkably knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very friendly. Any questions or concerns I have had were immediately addressed.

Ryan was absolutely amazing ! He made me feel so safe to be in my home again now after taking care of all the pest that we had. he was so outgoing very friendly! He answers every question I had all concern's were taking care of .Iv never ran into this type of amazing service before I definitely highly recommend him to anyone! Had some bees find a hole in the mortar in brick sill in front window and had a few show up in the house. Mark from Pestcor did a full inspection and secured the interior before outside treatment and problem solved. Mark was very professional, competent and personable. He also did a full outside home walk around to be sure no other problems existed. Great service at a very fair price.
