Josh, service manager, is very thorough and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond when he came to my place for a second look. He took the time to thoroughly check every possible entry point, sealed any holes he saw, he had to go to his next customer but came back the next day to complete the work. He gave me a little peace of my mind and I'm so grateful for that, he gets 5 stars 🌟. I will keep using their services.

Our humid summer climate and weather has made most crawl spaces a problem area for buyers and sellers. I use Pestout because they are reliable, efficient, professional and provide excellent communication. Their fees are reasonable for the work they’re doing. You can spend $30,000 to get something pretty and maybe take things further but the return on investment is better with this company. Their staff/ Brian, Sophia and Allison take great care of my clients and I appreciate them for that. Their employees doing the work are all worth acknowledging too but I don’t know all their names!

100% Recommend this company. After 6 estimates, this is the only company that came out, inspected our attic space, gave us honest information. No sales or fear tactics used on us. Had the best price too. Very professional and knowledgeable. Kyle took his time to explain everything and answered my questions. The tech that came out to do the agreed work, his name is Victor and he was super nice, professional and also answered any questions I had. Very pleasant experience through and through. So thankful we took a chance with them. I feel confident that we chose the right company and I feel confident that they are taking good care of us. Looking forward to being a long-standing customer.
