We are so pleased with the quick, efficient and professional response to our mouse problem. We now understand the cause of the problem and the measures to solve this. I was worried that we would be told that there was no clear method to solve this but now we know that we can handle the immediate situation and we will also have Ransford return to seal our home from any further problems. Plus all this is safe if you have some kitties in your home!! We were concerned that it could be an issue but it isn't. I highly recommend.

Ransford Pest was incredible. The service person Luke was considerate of my home & went out of his way to explain everything he was doing. He was AMAZING. I signed on for the annual service which is 4 visits a year with additional emergency visits if necessary. So happy with our decision. This company is without a doubt one of the best client oriented companies I have ever worked for. Best of all they are an independent company, locally owned. I recently switched from another company and could not be happier!! I've had mice issues which my other exterminator couldn't resolve after 5 years of service. When Ransford came they were thorough and explained everything they did. They used different treatments and more than 1 which I believe made a huge difference. I didn't have to ask, which was great because I didn't know there were other options to the basic black triangle feeder. Been miceless since. Haven't seen a single ant this season. I just called about wasps, yellow jackets specifically. The tech not only found the nest and killed it, but continued to check out the property. He found 5 others. I have had 3 techs come and they were all spectacular, unfortunately I don't remember their names. This company is professional, knowledgeable, completely thorough, and informative. Luke visited my home last Wednesday to treat for mice at this time of the Fall when they seek to find warmer places to be. Luke was very thorough, informative and friendly. He inspected every possible location; from the attic to the basement, checking for signs of mouse activity, replacing old bait stations with new. He even identified an exterior basement location where mice were finding easy entrance to my home - suggesting a solution that I'll be pursuing with a carpenter. Thanks again to Luke and Ransford!

I have been using Ransford for years now and am very happy! Initially a few years back for mice issues which they handled and now just once yearly maintenance for mice. Ransford sent out Seton on the same day I called. She was friendly, professional, and explained what she was doing and why. This was for a mouse problem. We feel very comfortable in our home knowing we won't have any night visitors any more.

The technician did a thorough inspection of active area in my home and was able to determine that a mouse had died in the basement ceiling causing the funky odor. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He sprayed the area and also put down fresh bait in all the bait traps. I am very happy with the service.
