Some big country dude was yelling at me for “cutting him off” on the highway when all i did was get in front of him to use the exit. He told me to pull over and when i did he tried to fight me, I’m a 17 year old kid and when i made him aware of this, he continued to attempt to fight me. He was in a silk venom company car, the fact someone like that works for this company is reason enough for me to never use it. When i called the company, the person that answered the phone defended the man that tried to fight me.

Josh and his team are very professional and knowledgeable about the latest techniques for pest management. We immediately saw a decrease of ants in the yard. The products they use are pet and kid friendly and their satisfaction guarantee on their services is exceptional. I have enrolled in a year long service plan but it's not a contract. If at any time I'm not satisfied or need to have a break for any reason Josh is understanding and just asks for reasonable notice for cancellation. Having a company that is so customer focused is rare and appreciated. I'm looking forward to being a long term client of Silk Venom Pest Solutions.

The guys from Silk Venom were incredibly helpful both before and during the two pest treatments that I had.
