My technician was John and he was Awesome and very Professional. He arrived timely and explained what he was going to do. He checked the roof and the hole outside my house. He covered the hole to see if something was going to push out the plastic and nothing did. He is monitoring it still as well as he kept me abreast of the issue. He has one more trip to make to review the condition of the hole. I'm so glad that I called this company.
