Had such great service from Smithereen! Sean helped us with all of our mamy questions and we felt like it was family with how comfortable they made us feel. We scheduled our appointment and they immediately came out within the same week. Sean and Tyler worked incredibly quick to treat our termite problem. We are beyond pleased with our service and will definitely continue to use them in the future! Best customer service we've had in a long time! Sean deserves a raise!

Sean was great. Very knowledgeable. Always arrives on time and keeps me updated via text. I had a small issue and he texted me after hours letting me know what to do before my scheduled appointment day/time. He drives over an hour to treat our home. Super professional, super kind. And any pest problems we have in our home get solved!

Not sure why basically I got ghosted by the technician when it first he was so excited to help us. But when we tried to contact him back he would not ever contact us even after I called their National number three times in the last time I was told he would contact us but he did not so I'm sorry but he gets one star. If I could give him a zero I would have. However the office staff gets a five-star cuz they are very nice and understanding they checked to see if Patrick was there and she said she contacted him and he was supposed to contact me within the hour but never did so I'm just ready to move on and even though they might be really good to everyone else they were horrible to me.
