    Absolute waste of money, and we have finally been pushed over the edge. We have been signed up for their services for almost 10 years, and it's always been a problem. The most recent problem - We booked a service visit that was very much needed in a timely fashion - they confirmed via phone that they would be here today or tomorrow. We never received a confirmation email, so we called today to check the status, and they told us not only is nobody coming, but our rodent inclusion lapsed (despite our being able to produce evidence that we had paid our last bill in July). We never got a different bill, or it would've been paid immediately (as they all have been for a decade). They also claim they sent us a check to refund a payment (and apparently this is why our coverage lapsed.. it appears it was paid and they.. paid it back?), but we never got a check, and there is no evidence in our account that it was cashed. Not to mention, the last time they came.. a guy just walked around and looked at everything - he did exactly nothing and never came back, either. Pretty sure this company is a complete scam. Please avoid and instead support a small, local business that actually cares about its loyal long-term customers.

    Amazing job! Highly recommend! Dana Duval came out to give a quote and provided recommendations and within a few days they were ready to install. The Terminix team that came out did an amazing job and it shows! They explained what is to be expected and what to expect for the upcoming visits. Best part the payments are cheaper than what I was paying.

    Do not use Terminix. They are the worst. I had bats coming through my roof. Not even a year later, the bats were back. I was under the warranty but I called them and they never came to help me. I called them for more than three weeks to get an appointment and they always told me “someone will call you back in 24-48hours”. Same response for weeks. HORRIBLE SERVICE

    Every time we have Terminix They’ve always been super friendly, very helpful and non-judgmental and they work with you. I love that they give you options and ideas of how to fix the problem as well as helping you fix them. Also in step-by-step. I also love the fact that they’re affordable lol

    We have been extremely pleased with the service. Dana our technician is extremely knowledgeable and always explains the various treatment processes used in an easy to understand manner. The treatments have done wonders for keeping bugs out of our home. Highly recommended!

    Got the initial service just fine. EVERY follow up treatment took WEEKS to months of calling them daily eventually having to call the corporate office directly to even get someone to call me back with an appointment date. Will NEVER recomend these people to anyone.

    The hornet nest was in the wooded area behind my fence. I never go back there but am replacing the fence. Discovered a very active nest when the tree person stepped too close to it. A cloud of buzzing came up. The exterminator pointed out the hole and location the hornets were using. He also discovered a metal pry bar my husband left near the fence. He moved it to my shed. I couldn't have carried it. He explained the process and what to do if I see anything still flying about within the next 30 days.

    Initial service was great. The tech was easy to communicate with, showed up early and did a thorough job. He told me he wasn’t the normal tech for my area, so I would have someone different the next time. I received a text from the new tech telling me what day he would be there. I informed him it didn’t work for me and my schedule so we agreed on a new date. On 9/14, He then proceeded to text me that he would be coming on a different day and time. I told him no, we agreed previously on a date and time and I’m unavailable to move from that time. He needs to get into my house and can’t do so without us being home. He said the date we chose was outside of the timeframe his boss wanted the job done. I told him he could take a screenshot of our conversation and tell his boss this is the day that worked for me and I would cancel my service if it was anything else. I did not hear anything about another date or time. On 9/22 my card was charged for a service that had not been completed. On 10/10, the day we agreed upon, the tech was a no call, no show. I called terminex and found out the shop canceled my service, still charged my card 7 days later, and did not call to inform me. I would not recommend Terminex in the Concord, NH area.

    Terminix has the worst scheduling system and customer service! I have called the customer service line three times to make an appointment for my home. Each time I called, the representative confirmed a date and time, giving me the impression that someone would arrive. The first time agent Will set me for October 2nd. I waited for them to come within their time slot. I then called later that day where I was told that no appointment had been made. I then scheduled with the representative on October 9th another date for October, the 13th. Today, October 13th, I called to confirm my appointment. I spoke with Carla, who told that there was nothing set for today, but notes from previous calls about my request. I had also placed a call about mice. The person then gave me the impression that Tuesday, October 14th, someone would arrive between 1pm and 5pm. Carla informed me that no one was scheduled for that day in my area either. She let me know that until the branch manager contacts you, you do not have an appointment with them. This was the first time anyone had ever told me that over the course of the almost two weeks of speaking with Terminix. I then tried calling a local branch in New Hampshire that services Vermont to see if I could speak with their branch manager, Nick Palumbo. The representative told me there was no way to transfer my call to him. If you need any pest control assistance, beware of Terminix!
