Shawn White is my service tech and I'm very happy that I will be working directly with him during my relationship with Terminix. Shawn is personable and *very* professional and thorough. He pointed out entry points and signs of infestation that I hadn't seen and I have been looking very hard for a long time to see if I could determine where the mice/rats were getting into my home. All in all, this has been a great experience and I look forward to working with Shawn and Terminix until we have this problem beat! I highly recommend both parties if you are looking for pest control.

Shawn White is usually the one that comes out to our house and we're never disappointed! He always takes his time and does a fantastic job. He goes above and beyond, making sure we're satisfied with his provided services, every time he comes out. He's also super sweet and always answers all of my questions and answers them well!

I’ve been with terminix for over a year now. No complaints at all. They work with you price wise and whenever I someone to come out again they get right on it. Shawn white has been my technician and he is great!! Very informative, very nice and he listens to my concerns. he knows what he is talking about and he gets the job done.

Shawn has been by my house twice now and service is always exceptional. We bought our house in June and it was vacant for about a year prior to us moving in. Which means lots of little critters decided to squat. He came by soon after our move and did an interior and exterior treatment. It has been night and day with the level of activity since that visit. He recently came by to do another exterior treatment and I’m sure that I’ll continue seeing the results.
