Terry came out today and although I have used The Bug Man for a while now this was the first time meeting him and I couldn’t have been happier with his service!!! He has the highest level of professionalism and explained all of the services that I would be receiving today and how each service was charged. He took his time servicing our property inside and out and after completing the work and invoicing me he took even more time visiting with my 2 and 3 year old grandchildren which made their day! This guy is one of the best and although I rarely leave reviews I wanted to let everyone including him know what an asset he is to this company. Thanks Terry!

Jordan is the most personable, kind, and informative pest control technician we’ve ever had. We could not be more pleased to have him do our inside and outside service. We had a rat problem 6 months ago, and Jordan fixed us up. They have done quarterly maintenance years ( preventively spraying for bugs and whatnot) but we called when we started seeing the rats and Jordan got right on it! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

My interactions with this company have not been the greatest. The technicians who have come haven’t really seemed to know what they were doing. We had to have them out a few times for same issue in a short period of time, but did finally resolve problem that’s why I’m giving two stars. Then today they were scheduled to come, they tell my husband they are on the way early so I got myself, two toddlers, and dog ready. An hour and a half passes by and still no Bug man. So I called my husband and they had just called him and lied to him about coming, they said they went didn’t see any ants but says they sprayed anyways. I have been at home waiting so I know they did not. If my interactions with them previously hadn’t been strange I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point I don’t want them anywhere near our house. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. *Edit to reply to owner* Only because I see you doing this to someone else’s review as well. YES I AM CERTAIN I have the correct company as I live right outside Little Rock, AR and if you go to the person he also replied this to you will see he also is in Little Rock, AR through his reviews. So whoever reads this review, seriously think twice before using them.

We were very pleased when Billy came out to inspect our place! He was very professional, friendly, and informative. I appreciated that he wore booties when he came in too. He did a thorough check and taught us also. It's refreshing to meet someone who knows what they are talking about and are not just trying to sell a product! Great job! Shari
