we contacted Venus the night before via email and the receptionist got with us the next morning. We were going to get exterminated the following day but they had to cancellation and we took it. My son’s apartment was infested w/fleas. Mike met my son and he treated, my son said that he was great, very professional and told him exactly what to do before and after treatment. Thank you, Venus for being so wonderful. We couldn’t ask for a better experience! Joyce Rhoades

All is super after this visit - no unwanted critters in the house at all! The few that I did see were “deader than door nails”. We LOVE their communication - always know when Ken is coming, when he’s arrived, when he’s finished, any issues/concerns addressed, what the invoice is and how it will be handled (for us, it goes directly to a credit card). I never even have to see Ken or any technician, unless I want to, but can communicate by text or in person if I need to. If I ever DO have questions, they respond immediately, and always check in advance of the appt. to see if I have any specific concerns or requests for them to handle while they’re here (e.g., am I noticing any bugs INSIDE that need addressed). Their excellent communication allows me to get my animals pottied and back inside well before they get here. Once again, a great experience all around!
