Terrible experience. I signed up for mice removal and after 3 months of “monthly service” I still have mice. The technician only sprayed and set traps in the kitchen and 1/2 bathroom, never checked for nests or entry points anywhere else in the house, and kept writing my living room was “too cluttered” (it has normal family furniture!). Instead of asking me to move anything, he called the office to complain. The company admitted their techs don’t move furniture. On top of that, they offer $10 off for positive reviews, so beware of the glowing ratings. Waste of money and no results.

If we could give 6 stars, I would. From my first call with Lisa to Jose leaving after completing the job, I have rarely felt myself in the hands of such competence. We were dealing with a yellowjacket infestation in the exterior wall of our children's room and were desperate. Lisa expertly took care of everything needed for their services to be provided in our co-op building from the quote to the COI to the scope of work. Jose showed up on time, took care in our home, and asked lots of questions to fully understand and diagnose the problem we'd been having. He took his time, explained everything, and treated the entire service call as if it was his own home he was treating. While we hope we never see him again, I recommend Advanced Pest Management, Lisa, and Jose without hesitation and wouldn't hesitate to make them my first call in the future.

We called advance pest management service (APMS) after seeing a surge in American cockroaches in our home and area. They were kind and knowledgeable about the pest and the problem. They were able to come within 3 days from our initial call. Kevin came to do the inspection and work. A respectful, hard working and knowledgeable young man who worked to inspect the home for any possible points of concern. I had initially sealed dozens of spots that I thought could be a possible issu e, Kevin complimented me on my work and still found problem areas in his inspection. He was a great eye and was able to identify entry and exit areas that needed attention. he applied some product to those areas and within minutes roaches started revealing themselves in the process of dying. The price for the service was worth the price, for Kevin's keen eye, knowledge, kind service and product application. My wife and I have a greater peace of mind in our home because of APMS.

My mom’s house developed a mice problem this fall. Not knowing who to call, I found Advanced Pest Mgt online. It was a good and professional experience right from the beginning. They got right back to me, they scheduled an appointment. The service tech came on time, was very thorough and investigated and treated both inside and outside the home. He didn’t rush thru the job. He took his time, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend.

Jose is the best exterminator I have ever worked with. He was just at my apartment yesterday, and took care of everything. Not only that, but when I requested his services, he was here the very next day. I couldn't believe how fast he arrived. He came prepared for any situation that he might have found. The last time he was here he was so thorough that I didn't see a bug for over 4 months! He is also one of the nicest people I know. I can't recommend Jose enough. If you have any kind of pest problems, Jose is your man!

I had bees building a nest inside my wall of my house in my yard. I called and they sent someone who was professional and got the job done and they gave me a 90 day warranty. Some places only give 30 days warranty. they took care of it and haven't seen any since! Highly recommend!
