AVOID use this service. They do NOT get the job done, no matter how many attempts. I decided to go with them because I wanted to go with a smaller local business versus and Orkin or some larger company and im filled with regret. I first contacted them about a mouse problem in our duplex apartment. First guy that came only treated our kitchen and dining area (per his direction) because that was the only spot we were seeing droppings. VERY fast service with zero result. Failed attempt number one. They were apologetic at how bad this guy was and assured us that the next guy would do the job. Second time they sent a different guy who was "their best guy" or the manager of the rest of the guys, whatever story the customer service lady told me to sell him. He came and wanted to treat our whole place, but we had him focus on the kitchen dining again because we had a 13 year old dying dog and 1 year old baby and wanted to not put mouse poison all throughout our house if we could avoid it. He begrudgingly agreed. We kept finding droppings. I had separately called a handyman to come and get behind our dishwasher and place some of the traps they had provided us. He came back again, criticized the placement of our dishwasher, placed ONE steel wool under a hole in our sink, and grunted and moaned the entire time and made me feel so uncomfortable. This was another attempt (the third) in vain, as it did not solve the mouse problem. We kept seeing them in our kitchen and living room. At that point our dog had passed, our baby had turned 2 and I said ok lets treat the whole house. They sent a different guy, Corey, who was really lovely and kept telling me that no one ever called him back because he got the job done and he was "personally guaranteeing his work" -- famous last words! He seemed really diligent, went around our whole apt stuffing steel wool wherever he saw fit, placing poison behind our fireplace, etc.  He was by far the most thorough of the three guys they sent. He told us to wait 2-3 weeks for the poison to work, we went away on vacation (this is now July 2024) and when we came back (a week after their "30 day guarantee"), we found MORE DROPPINGS! When I called them they told us they would in fact charge us for service and that he would be coming by on Sunday (same guy as the last time, Corey). Long story short, he never showed up, he never answered calls and I am not bothering to contact them again because I should have just gone with a more professional company. Lesson learned, do yourself a favor and dont give this place the $1,000+ of we have now paid them for this whole saga and put them towards another pest control place that will get the job done in a real way. I had a mouse problem and called All Platinum Termite & Pest Control. Josh came out to help—and he was absolutely wonderful. He gave an extremely thorough explanation of everything he did and made sure I understood the process. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I’m very satisfied with the service and grateful Josh was the one who came out. Highly recommend.

I had a bunch of carpenters ants in the wall under my window. I called All Platinum on a Sunday (today) and they sent someone at 12:30pm with a 12:30 to 2pm window. Corey arrived, inspected the area, treated the area and other areas of the house and was very professional. He answered all my questions during a very stressful situation. For reference my boyfriend cut the drywall so we had better access. The company secretary explained the more access to the area, the better otherwise they would just drill to treat so that's what we did.

Recently had a service by a wonderful technician named Joshua Anderson. Not only was the service performed in a timely fashion but the technician was very informative on preventive measures and reassured me that the issue was common and nothing to be embarrassed about. I would not recommend them. The owner quoted me a price on the phone, which once onsite was $75 more expensive to do an external inspection to find entry points (when this is specially noted on their site as part of the job). They set bait and poison that did nothing. I called back to get next steps, and was told I need to pay more money since we were past the 30 days. Not a single mouse was caught. Looking back at their website, they state “we employ a wire mesh to block the entrances using foam to hold the mesh in place. Once their access is closed our next step is to go around and seal all of your plumbing access, including your radiator as well as all fixtures in your kitchen and bathroom.” They did none of this. Zero foam or sealant was used for our plumbing, and the exterior “inspection” took all of 7 minutes. Clearly there are entry points if the bait is still untouched a month later. They are not willing to help any further without more money, a real shame. $680 later and in the same position. Stay away!

This company is the best, while every other company i called wanted to send a manager to inspect and to then send a technician to do the job, they sent Jhonny the same day inspected and treated for my mice situation. He was very clear explaining the situation the treatment as a full process and what to expect. I would highly recommend them.

I was desperate for same-day service as my apartment situation got out of control. Billy, the owner, spoke with me on the phone and I could tell right away that he genuinely wanted to help. After a few minutes he confined the appointment for the same day. Louie came and he who was fantastic — professional, friendly, and very communicative, keeping me updated on his arrival time throughout the day. Once he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommend!

Called All platinum pest control. They sent over Louis the tech he did a walk through the whole house and the perimeter. He was very thorough and was very accommodating. we were very happy with the job he did and the price he gave us.
