Tommy did an amazing job removing the wasp nest from our patio deck! He was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He explained everything he was doing, made sure the nest was completely taken care of, and even checked the surrounding area to be safe. I felt so relieved after he finished. Ralph was fantastic. He explained the process end to end. Told me what to expect over the next few days. Once he had applied the treatment he made sure to point out what he had done, how it would address the bee issue. He also reminded me to call right away if something didn't seem right after the application. Ralph is great with communication - great patience. Needing to get a treatment for bees trying to get in the house is not a fun thing but he has such a great personality and sense of humor it made it almost fun! I hope i don't need another application in the future but if we do, please send Ralph.

Kyle Shanley did an excellent job. He listened carefully and addressed our spider cricket problem, and about seven hours after he left we already saw results — one was flipped upside down and barely moving, which never happens with those pests. He followed exactly what we asked, placing six glue traps (one in each downstairs room) and spraying both inside and outside in all the right areas. Kyle Shanley’s thoroughness and attention to detail gave us confidence the whole property was treated properly. It’s rare to see such fast, visible results. Kyle Shanley was professional, effective, and made sure every concern was handled. We’re very happy with the service and highly recommend him.
