Highly Recommend Baystate Wildlife! I noticed a hole near my foundation and quickly realized a groundhog was the culprit. I was extremely concerned, so I called Baystate Wildlife—and I’m so glad I did! Sammie arrived within an hour of my call. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Within an hour of setting the trap, the groundhog was caught. I let her know, and she came right back to remove it. Amazing service from start to finish—fast, professional, and effective. I highly recommend them!

We didn’t know about Baystate Wildlife and made the mistake of using two different bat removal companies over a period of 3 consecutive summers. They both claimed they would remove the bats and prevent them from returning, with a 1 year warranty. They failed. In desperation, we contacted Baystate Wildlife based on a recommendation. Dale responded the same day and quickly scheduled the work. Dale and his team arrived on time, thoroughly inspected every inch of our homes exterior (a way more thorough inspection than what was done by the other companies), inserted wired blockades where they found potential future risk of entry points (this was not done by the other companies); and where they found several currently active bat entry points, they created a way for the bats to get out and block any ability for them to return. (The other companies created the oneway blockades however the bats chewed through them and found their way back in). We have a 2 year warranty in the event the bats do return, and for the first time in 4 years there is NO bat activity and we can FINALLY sleep again. Don’t make the same mistake we made! No need to do any more research. ONLY call Baystate Wildlife. Dale and team will take very good care of you and your wildlife problem. They truly care, they’re experienced, extremely thorough, knowledgeable and do what they say they’re going to do.

I had a chaotic bat experience overnight last week and reached out to Baystate Wildlife in the morning. I heard back from Dale in less than 2 hours with a fully detailed explanation of what they could and would do. I appreciated the thoroughness of the explanation and the consideration of my nerves. They came bright and early the very next day. Kevin was patient and personable and careful in explaining everything to us. Once they got started, they found the problem area quickly and spent the rest of their time fixing it so any remaining bats would leave and no more could enter. They were clean and organized and really gave me peace of mind to be able to sleep in my house again. I would definitely call them again and recommend to anyone who asked, but I hope I never have to!

We had conflicting evidence of potential bat, rodent or squirrel intrusion in the crawl spaces surrounding our 3d floor rec room. After getting a less than satisfactory (that's being generous to them) response from other companies, we asked around and all fingers pointed towards Dale at Baystate. His response was immediate and helpful. His team led by Aidan, a very impressive young man, came out the next day, diagnosed the issues and began implementing solutions. We've had no incursions since. They need to come back and inspect the crawl spaces, which is being scheduled. Pricing was fair and reasonable. No attempt to "upsell" us to an expensive and unnecessary "solution". Baystate is now high on our speed dial and we have already recommended them to our neighbors

I contacted Baystate Wildlife for a potential squirrel situation and was greeted by a friendly person on the phone gathering my information. I received a prompt return call from Dale explaining the service, fee`s along with their business warranty. Dale stated his team would be in my area the following day so on the books we went. The crew was fantastic, neat and clean along with explaining the process and answering all questions. Their service was quick and communication was above and beyond, I would hire again if needed in the future.

Baystate Wildlife was awesome! They came out the very next day to deal with flying squirrels in my attic and did a great job. Super professional and straightforward — they explained exactly what needed to be done and what repairs were necessary, without trying to scare me or upsell a bunch of extras. A big national chain had quoted me an insane amount and pushed all kinds of add-ons I didn’t need, so it was such a relief to work with a company that was honest and fair. Fast, reliable, and trustworthy — highly recommend!

We had a large skunk living under our garage, and as soon as I noticed it I called Baystate Wildlife. Samantha came that same day, laid 2 humane traps, and within one night the skunk was caught! Highly recommend working with this company!
