We have used City since May or June, and they have YET to fix our issues. We had fleas and ants to begin with. They kept sending someone out, but I kept noticing fleas on them. We ended up putting out our own poison and upping the dosage of flea treatment for our dogs, and that fixed it. Then, we had to fix the ants ourselves by putting out poison. About two months ago, we noticed there were mice in our shop. We let the tech know and he said he put out traps. We were able to find one trap, and now the mice have migrated inside and it has become a nightmare. Once again, we find ourselves putting out our own poison. I have trusted them and given them chance after chance since we started using them, but they are flat out not doing what we pay them to do. I have had continuous issues with the lady who answer the phone (Chassity, I think) scheduling me appointments without asking for any sort of permission from the other home owner or I. She is rude every time we call, and offered no consolation when we called to cancel last week. I called back, left a voicemail, and called back again the next business day and I have yet to receive an answer. They are unprofessional and unable to do their jobs and I am wildly upset with our experience.

Al the service technician does a good job for me and since he is the one that always comes he is familiar with my property. The company is good at adjusting the service to your needs.

I have t say that our service rep is the VERY BEST!! We have a large property that we have been fighting fire ants and carpenter ants allllll summer! City termite has came every single time I have a new area that needs attention!
