He helped me find a low prep exterminator and checked in with me every step of the way. Don’t have any doubt about Doctor Sniffs. They are professional and customer oriented. They are just great.

Cannot rank this company and Diana highly enough! Diana got back to us on a Sunday evening via text and helped us figure out that we actually did not currently need DoctorSniffs and that the bugs we found on a trap were not BedBugs. In a city where everyone is trying to “sell” you and take advantage it was so refreshing to find an honest and reliable business and human who offered so much helpful advice and reassurance without a penny in return and actually told us we did not currently need her service. Will be using her and Doctor Sniffs if we ever need help detecting bed bugs because Doctor Sniffs dogs are certified, and it is a detection only service, so you can trust that they aren’t trying to sell you. Above all else Diana seems like a genuinely kind and amazing person and my wife and I can sleep sound tonight because of her. If you think you might have bed bugs make DoctorSniffs your first call/text!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sniff. As a new mom, postpartum anxiety is very real—especially when you notice something strange, like bug activity near your newborn’s bassinet. To make matters worse, my husband was away on military duty. I called a local pest control company, but they wouldn’t even look at my photos or come out to inspect unless I paid for a full treatment upfront. That left me even more anxious and frustrated. So I did what most people do—I turned to the internet. And of course, every bug you look up online seems to be labeled as bed bugs. That’s when the dread really kicked in. Did I bring them home from the hospital? What will I do??? Anxiety and the use of AI image identification began. Stop using AI to identify your possible bug issue—real people with real expertise can help. AI will tell you every bug is bed bugs… LOL. Thankfully, I came across a YouTube video from Dr. Sniff. I saw they had a number you could text photos to, so I gave it a try. I got a quick and kind response assuring me that what I found didn’t look like bed bugs, and they encouraged me to reach out anytime. I was beyond grateful—not only for the expert help, but for the empathy and reassurance during such a stressful time.

When we came back from a hotel and my wife had very suspicious bites, they offered helpful advice, suggesting 100% sure ways to treat our bags and clothes without them needing to do any inspection or charge us a dollar! Very responsive and kind. Hope not to need Doctor Sniff’s services in our own home, but they’re definitely who we would call now.

Diana was excellent and thorough and I recommend her and Goosey (her certified k9) without hesitations. We had a really bad experience with a dubious bed bug inspector and grateful someone recommended Doctor Sniffs to us. Diana is so knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything in detail and dispelled all our concerns. She then followed up with a report within the hour.

Diana and Ecko were a fantastic help when I thought I may have bed bugs. Diana was extremely helpful in sending resources on how to identify and handle bedbugs and felt that her and Ecko were both extremely thorough when searching my apartment. Luckily nothing was detecting, but I am so grateful to them for granting me the piece of mind!! Would highly recommend the service.

Stop looking around: Use DoctorSniffs! I can't recommend them enough. What sets them apart is 1) They constantly update and maintain their own accredidation which many companies unfortunately don't do. But where they REALLY stand out is their incredibly thoughtful and tactful customer service. Richard was sensitive to our concerns, and took great care and time to clearly walk us through the procedures and all of our questions. He even identified a previous chemical treatment used during a prior extermination unbeknownst to us, that was posing a present hazard to our health! His post-visit report was clear and thorough. He even fielded multiple texts from us to answer additional questions in the following days. We'd had previous infestations and were very anxious, and his expertise/counsel helped immensely. Bonus Points: Southy was very cute and sweet, too.

I cannot recommend Diana and Doctor Sniffs more highly. Honest, trustworthy, professional and thorough. I called Diana in a moment of total desperation when I was told by another bed bug dog company that we had bed bugs and should pursue thousands of dollars of treatment (without ever finding a bug!!!!). Diana came and spent an hour with me and showed me all of the reasons that we were NOT dealing with bed bugs- or any bugs in our home. She gave me extremely trustworthy recommendations and followed up with me for months to ensure I saw to the bottom of my problem- which, as Diana promised, was NOT bed bugs.
