I hired this pest control service for a rental property that had a roach issue. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Charles was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, clearly explained the treatment process, and was very easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond with his service, was honest about what needed to be done, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The service was effective, my tenants have had no more issues since the treatment. On top of that, the receptionist who helped me schedule everything was super sweet and professional. He was promptly on time and easy to talk with. He quickly identified the pest and described our available options for treatment.
