Kevin McDonald is wonderful, and such a nice man. I noticed mouse activity in my 2023 Toyota Crown. I called to report it and Kevin came out immediately to help! We both couldn’t believe it! There was no food left in my car for them to come eat, so it was very odd. I also never saw a mouse, but to be safe he set snap traps with artificial peanut butter. We never caught anything, but I’m so glad he was able to come to the rescue asap. Thank you so much Kevin!

Hello everyone, I will start saying that Becky is such an amazing and talented person! I missed my appointment because I confused the day with a Dr. appointment and she came and and still treated the exterior of my house. Ever since she has been coming here I have seen a lot of changes. I just want everyone to know this lady goes Above and Beyond to get the job done. Kevin McDonald is excellent, very knowledgeable and represents the company in a very positive way. He came 5/29/24 and took care of any issue or concern that I had. I also wanted to recognize Eddie which I had a month ago and again represents the company in a very positive way and also took care of everything that was needed. Both are excellent. Best decision I ever made was to choose Pest Rangers. Great technicians and service agents.

Talk about service!! Being new to the area and taken advantage of has been my experience. Pest Rangers was heaven sent, I couldn't sleep a couple days because of the continuous loud thump and scratching noises I heard throughout the night was frightful. My home was being invaded and I was not having it after only a year of occupancy. I called the Pest Rangers and got same day service, the gentleman was courteous and polite and he knew his stuff. I contemplate going back into my room to sleep but finally did and when awaken the next day I was well rested. Two 👍 👍 up and thanks so much!! By the way they were flying squirrels.

Becky was our service technician very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She arrived both times as expected. So far the treatment seems to be working. Thank you for your attentiveness. Praying for a successful outcome to our problem.

Pest rangers were the first to respond to our emergency, so we went ahead with them. Becky was here at the time they had said they would and she was very receptive to our problem and under 1 hour she had completed the job! She explained what to be expected and if by10 days there’s still activity, we should call and they’ll come back. Very pleased as of now and pry that within 10 days I’m even happier 🙏🏼. Joey W came to the home and was very friendly while being professional. He explained the process, was very knowledgeable and asked multiple times if I had any questions. He’s definitely an asset to the company.

Krystale was VERY sweet on the phone! She was polite and extremely helpful! She got me an appointment the same day! Even texted me on a Saturday to follow to help me schedule my 2 week follow up so that I didn't forget! She sent me the link directly so that I could set up my payments for my reoccurring subscription! Honestly she couldn't have been any nicer or helpful! She made the ENTIRE situation SUPER easy! I'd recommend Pest Rangers to anyone!
