Got the inspection with less than 24h lead time, and the treatment the same day after the detection dog found them. Danny was great walking us through the treatment. Luckily it seems we caught it very early. Compared to the process when I had bedbugs a decade a go and worked with a different company, this has been so much lower-stress and lower effort on our side. I called for an inspection. They asked for the history and why I thought I had bed bugs. They asked me to send a photo and confirmed it was not bed bug bite. They could have sent the dogs and charged me for no reason. I appreciate their honesty. Highly recommend this honest company!
