    I am an existing ecoshield customer looking for emergency service to have a bee hive removed. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, Jace was gracious in assisting me. While unable to contact anyone in my local office, she was able to leave a message for someone to get back to me and schedule service. Jace was courteous and helpful, and time will tell if effective.

    listen i didn’t buy your service im just giving you a review because one of your guys randomly knocked ON OUR WINDOW and started waving to us through a different window in our house total weirdo. You guys need to get your stuff together especially with how people are nowadays that’s super unsafe and puts your employees in danger. Mind you we have 3 young kids in our house. Don’t park your company truck outside A DIFFERENT HOUSE.

    Terry was out at our house today, very kind and knowledgeable! He was very thorough and took his time to treat all the areas where we've gotten insects in the past. I must say, since we've been using Eco Shield we have had NO major bug issues OR mice issues. We are very happy with the service and the team.

    I am really impressed with this company and their fantastic staff. I want to extend my gratitude to Jordan (rep) and Alexander for taking care of my home and addressing the pest issues. These services are often overlooked, but they are definitely essential. Thank you, Jordan and Alexander, for being so attentive and excellent at your jobs. I highly recommend this company and you both!

    Nasir was helpful, expedient, and effective at removing the underground hive that was plaguing our children and dog. He educated me about the hatching bees and treated the area, in addition to our quarterly service.

    The Technician Marcus, arrived at the scheduled appointment time early. He was very professional and courteous at explaining what type of scheduled service he was providing today. He was extremely knowledgeable about the questions that I had asked him. I wished all the Technician was as Professional and Knowledgeable as Marcus. He is Outstanding individual at his profession.     The technician treated the bee nest in our house. He said that I should report back in 48 hours if there’s still activities. And he will come back in 7 days to seal the hole on the siding. He never came back. I called EcoShield after 48 hours and the customer service said they will contact the local office and we should wait another 10 days. They never call back and came back. I called EcoShield again after 10 days and to seek support from their manager and they say service is done. I had to tell the story again and again. He said he had facilitated local office to serve us. Another 5 days passed, no one had called and came. We still facing activities and in total we killed over 100 bees in our house. The service is not good at all. We hope to receive responses. And very interesting that they left a phone number and asked us to text and I did but not responses. Here is the screenshot. 2025-11-11 update I emailed EcoShield again and text again. Here attached the response from the text but nobody come, only vague promise to respect and resolve issues for customer. Added screenshots.

Added screenshots. 2025-11-20 update Someone called 2025-11-14 and said they need to have another inspection. Then there is someone today. I said all the bees were dead as the weather is cold and we just need the roof to be sealed to prevent bees comes again as was promised 2 months ago… He said the technician said he already sealed it. I am like that day the technician told me that he need to com back 7 days ( who never come back) because he need to let the bee come out of the hole, LOL! Which makes sense to me so I agreed. Then he said he will only seal the down part of it. I said fine. Seriously, all comments that I received from EcoShield’s are conflicting. Right now, whatever you said is fine for me and it doesn’t worth to spend my energy on explaining anything go to a company who is no focusing to resolve customer’s issue other than conflict each other and also find excuses.

    Three technicians, plus a manager later in afternoon, arrived at 9am and worked until approximately 2:30pm to remove mouse infested insulation and replace it with chemically treated new insulation in the attic. The technicians worked hard cleaning the impacted area and checked other possible areas of entry and homesteading.All four were polite, friendly and easy to work with. The cost for the service was steep as this situation was an unplanned and expensive event, but with it for my peace of mind.

    Deqaun was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. This is the first time we had someone spray in the house as well as outside and it was super quick and easy. He also recommended an inspection since we’ve had mice and bugs getting in, and he set that up for us while he was here. Great experience!
