She showed her findings and explained how she planned to solve the issue and made sure that I understand the work and price before doing anything which I appreciate a lot. I’m so glad we were referred to Carmen when we found carpenter bees in the beginning of the season. She was a life saver! Got rid of them quickly and we got our backyard back! Also hired her for general bug control and she’s been amazing! We haven’t had any issues with bugs around our house and we just couldn’t be happier. Thank you SO much! We highly recommend!

A few weeks ago we discovered some backyard bees (wasps, really)... Carmen answered the call right quick and was on ground within 48 hours, per our scheduling. About an hour or so later, the job was done - she digitally sent all the relevant paperwork (including a listing of the munitions used) and we haven't had an issue since. Really good stuff. PS I suspect the small handful of 1-star reviews were written by wasps and hornets.

If you’re looking for an exterminator, look no further! Carmen came to our house last summer to help with pesky centipedes in our basement and we saw a significant reduction over the summer months. Carmen is very easy to get a hold of, very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. We’re looking forward to seeing the results from this summers treatment!
