Anthony did an outstanding job! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about pest control. He took the time to carefully inspect the problem areas, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and even gave helpful tips to prevent future issues. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done thoroughly and that I felt comfortable with the process. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about both their work and the customer. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for reliable and expert pest control service.

We’ve typically used Kelvin as our technician as he is great, but in this instance Kelvin was unavailable so we had Ron come for both an initial visit and follow-up visit. CALL ANOTHER PET SERVICE! I signed a contract 2 weeks ago and have paid $650 already. I was told by their salesman, Justin, that I could call whenever I needed service and they’d come. I have a dead rat in my yard and was told that the earliest they could come is 4-1/2 days from this morning. I dearly wish I hadn’t fallen for their salesman’s pitch and had someone else. MY ADVICE IS TO CALL ANOTHER PET SERVICE!

Ron was great. He came for our quarterly service and I just happened to have a bees nest high up on my roofline. Ron could have easily sent it back to his office to send someone else. With no hesitation, he took care of the nest. Between my own personal home, my mom’s house and rental properties, Excel handles them all.

Dylan is very knowledgeable and took time to understand the problem, he inspected the entire home, and explained exactly what pest control plan should we opt since we were dealing with flying squirrel problem in the attic. After the proofing and initial application, we noticed a huge improvement. Dylan is very responsive in scheduling the follow-up visits. Mike and Kenny are so great They are very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease about any issue. I’ve had excel for 4 years, and I’m very happy. Mike is always amazing. But Kenny who is a supervisor is tremendous at his job. He is extremely in depth and detailed. Nothing bad to say.
