My husband and I were won over by Robbie. He was such a polite, professional, respectful and personable young man. He is quite the salesman and I’m sure could sell ice to an Eskimo with his reasoning and logic. He negotiated a more than fair price we couldn’t say no to. Even included treating our swing set!!

From the moment he arrived, he made sure to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions with patience and kindness. He took the time to inspect every area carefully and made sure nothing was overlooked. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. It’s such a relief to have someone so dependable and knowledgeable handling our pest control. Highly recommend Gerald—he’s a true pro!

Nate was an excellent representative for your company. He thoroughly explained the pest control issues, and we signed with him for a year. We also had great conversation with him. He is very respectful and personable. Johnathan did a thorough job of pest control at our home. He was very efficient, and I can tell that he takes pride in his work. Henry came back to address an area that I forgot had an issue. All were very thorough and respectful. I could tell they were committed to the job they did.

Our technician, James, was superb. He was very thorough and explained the process in great detail. The problem we encountered was a poorly handled insurance claim. Damage was done to some drywall during the initial treatment. I was told to get it repaired and submit the bill to the company. I got 3 bids, selected the lowest, and had the work done. I was offered a reimbursement of half of the bill. the total bill was $270. this is after paying a bill for services of over $1900. The problem was finally taken care of by the service manager. The real problem seems to have been the insurance adjuster from the third party company.

Bradley was very professional and did his job efficiently. We were very happy with the job he did. If we need your services again I hope he will be available to be the one to do the job.

There has been a noticeable decline in ant movement and sightings. The last two visits have been very beneficial. Toni and Caleb treated the home and barn area. There has been no indication of ants inside the home and the barn area has decreased significantly. I removed leaves and debris from the perimeter of the house which seemed to eliminate ant traffic. I can't remember such a dramatic decrease in the 38 years we have lived here.

Today Christopher Riebman provided us with excellent service, taking great care of our front and back yard. His professionalism and attention to detail, especially educating us on how to handle or post treatment tips were fantastic. These folks are a credit to the company. Great, reliable service every time.......Jonathan Leake is a professional and made sure both the front and back yard were taken care of properly. I really appreciate the attention to detail especially backyard over the fence and the great service. Also previous couple times Jonathan Ewing was here to treatment and he also did a very professional job covering all the areas.

Jonathan was a great technician. Was very thorough. Since we were having an active issue with yellow jackets in our attic, he really paid attention to that. In fact, he called his boss to identify the very best way to treat them quickly and effectively. Very pleased.

Be careful when using Fox Pest control. I had a bees nest that I needed removed asap. When I called Fox Pest control they answered promptly, and offered to send someone out the same day. This was great. The gentleman on the phone was very professional, and extremely good at his job. He ended up explaining to me that they would need to come back out multiple times to ensure that the bee nest was removed. I ended up signing a few documents and it turned out that I had signed a yearly "home protection plan". I ended up getting charged monthly, for this home protection plan. It also is set to "auto renew". Honestly, this part didnt even bother me. I signed in haste and the bees nest was removed. What I caution everyone against is their practice of letting people out of contracts. I have tried multiple times to confirm in writing that I do not want to automatically renew this contract. I have been told that I need to contact someone in person before the plan could be cancelled. And then when I finally am able to get in contact with someone, they tell me I need to call back closer to the renewal date. Ultimately they will provide good service for removing pests, but not a cool business practice on the contract/renewal side. If you're not in a rush, be careful about what you agree to/sign with them.

Chris was great. I still was having a problem with fruit flies. He came in and spent quite awhile going through our home trying to find a source they could be coming from. He was extremely thorough. I highly recommend Fox pest. I’ve been using them for a little over a year and love them!

Gerald is our technician and he is great! Friendly and extremely helpful. He’s been helping us with our fruit fly issue. Outside he found a place in our mortar where something could be getting in! I really appreciate his eye for detail!
