I had the privilege of getting Jonathan Rogers as my specialist today and he was fantastic. His attention to detail blew me away and you can easily tell when someone takes pride in their work or not. Jonathan definitely does. He was attentive at listening at any issues I have encountered and willing to work them out. He took his time and was able to catch things that could be a problem and offered suggestions on how to resolve them on my end. Very knowledgeable and extremely respectful. Was such a pleasure dealing with the young man. Thank you for your diligent work, Jonathan! The trucks look extremely well equipped and everything was right in hand.

Very thorough & explained the process. Super friendly & knowledgable. Found out where the yellow jacket nest was. Exceeded my expectations! Jason was very nice. Jason came back out today (08-12-25) & removed one yellow jacket nest in the ground by the deck & also removed the one he found 2 weeks prior but was able to gain access from the basement. I feel great he removed them & treated the areas. I haven’t seen any in our breakfast nook since then & hopefully it stays that way. Thank you!

Brock called me to let me know when he was getting here. He arrived on time. He was polite and knowledgeable about what we needed done. Brock did a very thorough job. He answered all my questions. I would like to see Brock as our service technician for all our future service visits.

Zach was a great sales rep that worked hard to get us a good price! Paul was great technician. He was knowledgeable, and efficient. He even found a huge wasp nest and took care of that for us.

So service tech Ronnie was great called me said he'd be early not that I needed to be here but made it in time to meet him and his sideman Anthony. Very nice performed service and made sure I knew they would return if need be. Had small issue with contract bill but was assured by Ronnie it could be handled. And it surely was by Britney. Timothy did a fast, efficient ant abatement treatment for us on Friday. He also noted what might be a first for us. We likely have bats nesting behind our window boxes on the second floor. That's probably why we haven't had any mosquitoes this summer. Grateful to him for pointing that out!

Casey was very helpful and informative during her pest control visit of my apartment. She did a thorough sweep of the inside and outside of the house, took all the time she needed, asked me about what I was dealing with so she could help make a plan, answered all of my questions, and scheduled a two-week follow-up appointment. My experience with exterminators in the past has been very brief, uninformative, and much more generalized rather than tailored to the specifics of my pest encounters. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to learn and have their questions answered, as well as anyone who feels like previous exterminators may have overlooked something unique about the problem in their home.

Jonathan Rogers did my treatment very well! He covered all areas that were needed to be treated, especially the trees that he put liquid solution on them!! Then he was able to show an image of him doing that work. It’s wonderful to see what how professional this company is and yet so far this has been my second treatment. I’m impressed!

Anthony was great! The price is very reasonable and the service is great. He took the time to explain everything to me and what we can expect, plus he found the source of the yellow jacket nest! He told us we had between 500-1000 bees but he assured me they would all be eradicated which is wonderful! I am so glad we found Fox Pest Control and you can bet they will be the one we use for all our pest problems.

Anthony is always professional, courteous, and conscientious throughout the entire service. His friendly attitude and genuine care for doing a great job really stood out. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.

Austin is our usual Fox technician and is always so informative and helpful, Very diligent in checking for any new activity around our property. We have had an ongoing yellow jacket problem this year, one nest close to our front door which was taken care of a couple of weeks ago, but they just moved to another location (possibly 2) which Austin discovered today. I feel very confident that he treated all possible locations today but I also know that I can call Fox between scheduled appointments and they will be out right away to deal with any problems that occur, great peace of mind.

Anthony Alexander did a great job taking care of our yellow jackets problem. While I wasn't looking for full service when i called Fox, I was very pleased with the care Anthony took with our property and our golden retrievers. His focus on doing things right and explaining the treatment he was applying was much appreciated. As a homeowner, i expect quality service. My faith has been restored in exterminators! We work with Casey for our commercial properties, and I always look forward to the completed service email. We always receive an in-depth reports with findings and photos, also the products that she used. She is so responsive and really loves her job. I would not hesitate giving Fox a call for your house or multi family properties, you will be in amazing hands.

I’ve been having an issue with wasps behind my bedroom shutters for weeks. Fox sent technicians to my house at least three times for this, but unfortunately their treatments were ineffective. I went with another company who used crevice tools and they solved my problem in one visit.

Anthony Alexander is great. He came out for my quarterly service yesterday and he has been the one coming out for my quarterly services, as well as the person they sent out when I had springtails in my house or bees in the basement. He has been great and my cats have warmed up to him, which I really appreciate because one of them tends to hide from everyone, but he doesn't hide from Anthony. He'll actually come out and see him and Anthony is nice enough to take a moment to say hi to them and give them some pets before he does his service each time he's here. He's also extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He did a lot to try to figure out how the bees were getting in my basement before and between what he did and what the builder had to do when we found that there was a gap around the basement window that was allowing water to get in during heavy downpours, I no longer have a bee problem in my house. I know that I can trust that Anthony will take care of whatever comes my way and he will be kind and courteous to my cats, as well, which as a fur mama, I really appreciate that.

I’ve been using fox pest control for some time now and it’s been a great success. I have the inside and outside of my home treated regularly. Casey has been exceptional!!! She’s always on time and takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions. She’s does a great job servicing our home. We were using Aptive and none of their products seemed to work so we switched to Fox. If Casey is the one chosen to treat your home she will treat it as her own. Thank you for always making sure we are taken care of.

John texted prior to his arrival to ascertain any service requirements for this pest control service. We were experiencing spiders entering our home in multiple location and so he serviced the two indoor locations. Ants remained an issue and his service also handled the exterior issues! John is quite personable, professional and a good communicator! Thank you John for your excellent service!

The service provides for exterior treatments four times a year and interior on an “as needed” basis. Also they will come for no additional charge if a new problem arises. The technician Anthony was very personable and very thorough. He also inspected the drop ceiling in our finished basement where we experienced mice previously. He checked everything we requested and put new bait in. We were very pleased with his service.

I thought Anthony was great! He texted me ahead of time so I knew around the time he would arrive. He was very friendly and checked in to see if I had any questions or concerns. Even though it was a routine treatment, it was nice to be asked if I had any concerns.
