We had Vinnie and his dad come out today due to a massive baldfaced hornets nest that was starting to become aggressive. He responded right away and they made the time to come out last minute today. He said it was one of the worst one he’s seen all year but that didn’t stop him from getting it down from over 14ft up in a tree, they even got the queen with no issue! Was very kind, answered all questions, and made sure we were good to go with our safety concerns of the dogs going nearby outback and my own bee allergy. My neighbor and I are very grateful, we would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Vinnie's services are truly amazing. He fit us into his schedule the same day before days of heavy rain and was very informative about the type of infestation we had. He was extremely professional, had great communication, and our mite problem went away the same day. I called GenExt late on a Friday afternoon about a wasp nest. I left a message not expecting to hear back until Monday. Vinnie called me back within an hour and arrived at my property after 6 pm. He quickly dealt with the yellow jackets and cleaned up the mess. I won’t hesitate to reach out in the future!
