Today was the first visit from CJ and I will be requesting her on my future visits. She was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. After putting fresh bait in one of the bait traps in the basement she crawled under the back deck to find point of entry and found it. The air conditioner tubing entering the house was not sealed properly. She tried to fill it with mesh but because of a void above the tubing she suggested filling it with spray foam. That hole is directly beside the basement bait trap. She took a picture. My husband and I were shocked to see it but thankful she went under the deck to check and try to fill it. I'm still amazed at how thorough she is. She is the only tech to have done that. She's great and we are thankful!

I just started using Green Pest and so far, so good. What I can say up front is that they are super friendly and appear to be very thorough. They are also results-driven, meaning they are more focused on identifying and eliminating your issues rather than your bank account. The technician that came to my property really put my mind at ease and I am looking forward to working with Green Pest over the next few months. Christian took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain the process, ensuring that both my tenants and I understood each step. Additionally, I was extremely satisfied with the treatment performed this morning by Henry Black, a true gentleman whose professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.

I called Green Pest Solutions when I discovered wasps around a basement window well that was half full of leaves. Scheduling was easy and they were able to send someone out the next day. Tommy arrived on time and couldn't have been nicer. I showed him the window well and he walked me through the process. He was very professional and calm given the swarm that appeared from the leaves when I removed the grate from over the window well. I grabbed a rake and pitchfork from the garage for him to get to the nest and he put on his "bee keeper" suit. He also advised me to stay inside until he was finished which seemed like great advice. The whole process took about 30 minutes from start to finish. He sprayed, removed the leaves, found the nest and destroyed it. All good! He also suggested I stay away from the pile of leaves until the next day which I did. I checked the window well the next morning and there were no wasps to be seen. I would highly recommend Green Pest Solutions and use them again. Thanks Tommy!

I called late on a Thursday afternoon to get service for a yellowjacket nest on my property. The service was scheduled for the following Monday. The technician was able to arrive early, found the site of the nest immediately, and within 2 days the yellowjackets were gone. I had some concerns about the extent of treatment and care for my pollinator garden; my concerns were addressed immediately by both the tech and his supervisor. Very pleased with the service.

We have been using green pest for about two years now! I have nothing but good things to say, from the customer service and scheduling teams to the technicians themselves! Everyone I’ve spoken with has been so knowledgeable. I spoke with Liz the other night due to mice and she scheduled Dennis to come out, he placed bait and snap traps around the basement and made sure I knew where they were, he added notes as well so we don’t accidentally grab a trap. Dennis made sure to stuff all possible entry points that he could as well as made recommendations on how to better close up the larger ones. Dennis recommended a follow up in two weeks and that appointment was scheduled shortly after he left! Everyone I’ve had the pleasure to speak with seems to genuinely enjoy their job, which makes the experience as a customer that much better. Davis was fantastic! A very knowledgeable technician, he really knows his stuff. Very professionas well yet extremely friendly and respectfull, a valuable asset to Green Pest Solutions. I am grateful they sent him although, I imagine he is probably the norm for this stellar company.

Gerald is the best. He pays close attention to the small details that most others may overlook. During the treatment, he made sure to cover every area that needed to be sprayed. On top of his thorough work, he’s also a pleasure to chat with: friendly, patient, and happy to answer any questions. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Nick Goff was absolutely the best! He showed up at the house to go over some things that were previously done. I wish everyone was like him. Very professional, friendly helpful, and boy does he know his job. He was inspecting the house for a possible mouse problem. He spent a lot of time, worked diligently , and was very thorough. He sealed up a lot of open holes near pipes in the basement and spent a lot of time inspecting the rest of the house and sealed up open holes on the exterior.
