They are truly amazing! I calked for help and Jose arrived the same day. His service was very very thorough with explanations all along. He went above in making interventions that exceeded that done for an initial assessment. Although I hope I never need them again, I will certainly use them if needed.

Thank you for being as awesome as you are. We had a roach problem that we thought was not so bad. Jose showed up and dove behind the refrigerator of the stove and started treating cracks and crevices. He called it. The roaches came flying out and were dying on the kitchen floor. Hands down if you got a pest problem, these are the people you need during those frustrating times when having bugs that you can’t get rid of, in my case it was bed bugs. We had a squirrel that had moved into our attic. We called NYC extermination and they sent Jose down. He crawled into the attic to place traps and cameras to watch it. The next day he called us up and said there was a squirell that was caught when he went up there to remove the trap. Shough. There was a squirrel that was caught, and he also had them informed me that they were four pups. That the way they are also. The mess that was left was incredible. But the service was fantastic. My building deals with Nyc extermination. They constantly come once a month and I’ve never needed them before this. I had a mouse in my apartment. They said the gentleman name Jose. Jose was really really good at what he did and explained all the process to me. He pulled my appliances out, stuffed holes behind put what he called me packs behind the walls put out some glue and snap traps. I did catch two that I threw out. Highly recommended if you ever have a mouse problem.

I call this company based on the reviews I had read. I’m glad I did. Jose showed up on time as promised. He spent over an hour pulling out my appliances to get behind them.
