Yes, I am very satisfied with the Service given to me by Terry Pleas. He is always up beat and professional. He explains every situation completely and makes sure I understand it as well. I would classify Terry as a KEEPER. I would hope you would extend every opportunity of encouragement to him well before his contemporaries, and possibly a raise would be appropriate.
