I am rewriting my review of Nepa pest control, as you can see my original review below in which I reached out a few days ago and did not receive a response. Shane reached out to me today and was very apologetic for the miscommunication. Just that alone shows how much he cares about his business and customers. I felt bad giving a bad review and usually I would never have done it, if I didn’t need some one asap. In the future I will reach out again if needed. I am totally appreciative that he contacted me and I’m sure it will be a better experience . I know in every way it was not intentional and sometimes mistakes happen, that’s how life works…giving 4 stars for honesty and integrity. I wish more business owners were that conscientious . ORIGINAL REVIEW:“I called Nepa pest control due to the great reviews. I had an emergency call put in, bees were getting in my soffit and then chewing through my drywall and getting into my living room through the ceiling. I called Nepa explained the issue and I needed someone to come and help. They told me they would put the call through as urgent and someone would contact me.That was on Monday, it’s now Tuesday evening never got a response. Called another company later Monday evening, they took care of the problem early this morning. I was disappointed they never returned my call.. oh well!!!

I am so glad that I went with this company! I really did not want to go with a larger branded company for a reason. We had yellow jackets under the door/siding and could not see the nest. Of course we tried to treat it our selves, but they kept coming back a day later. On Friday Shane came to treat our house. He was not pushy at all and did not try to sell me something that we didn't need. I watched him treat the house out of curiosity and he was VERY thorough. I read reviews prior to calling them and loved that they had a warrantee. On top of having a warrantee, the pricing is good. I have not seen a yellow jacket in days!!!! Now we can have our front porch back in time to enjoy this beautiful day. I will definitely be calling them if I need any further assistance in the future.

I called about a mite problem. Shane called me back right away and came out the same day. He gave me a quote with a fair price and came back the next day to do the job. He was conscientious of our furniture, gave great advice about care/treatment and said he'd come back if we had any future problems. Save yourself the hassle and the headache and call NEPA Pest Control.

These guys are top of the line! Very respectful & professional. They were able to show up in a timely manner and get the job done. Out of every other business I got an estimate from these guys were for sure the cheapest.
