If their customer service is anything like they’re driving on 93 north then I definitely wouldn’t recommend, before you cut someone off in merge lane remember that you’re in a company truck. Honking and flipping people off in a company truck really goes to show you the quality of service this company has with its technicians. Also got it all on dash cam!

I've been with NW Pest Control for many years. Haven't seen an ant in my house yet. HAVEN'T seen a mouse or droppings. Once in a blue moon (usually winter months) there is some activity in the boxes...NOT MICE! Just some nibbles on the food chunk in it. I have a cat so I get the safe for animal option. The price, I think, is very fair. The service guys are respective and polite. I sincerely appreciate their service and would highly recommend them 😊.

NW Pest control was great! Jon is extremely professional but also super friendly and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and easy to work with. It was a tremendous value and solved our insect problem.

N W Pest Control has been very effective in keeping my home free of bugs and pests. They use safe sprays inside and different repellents outside. They promise to return at no extra cost if there’s a problem, but I’ve never needed that in all the years I’ve used them. I’m very happy with their service and really appreciate the technicians—they do an excellent job.

Very accommodating. We weren’t home when they first came I had to request a revisit to check the inside of the house, they had no problem with sending him back a few days later. They are very thorough as well.
