I picked On the Spot Pest Control based on their great reviews and they definitely lived up to them. I needed a carpenter ant treatment and had a great experience. Matt came out first to assess everything, and then Glen showed up a few days later to do the treatment. Both were super friendly and clearly knew their stuff. Big shoutout to Laurie in the office too—she was awesome about keeping me in the loop and answering all my random questions. Everyone I dealt with was easy to talk to and made the whole experience way less stressful than I expected. It was great experience from start to finish. I’d absolutely call them again. Five stars.

Matt and crew did a great job keeping some flying critters from returning to my attic. Reception team was also nice. Hopefully I don’t need their services anymore but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Will provided an outstanding service. He also provided me with professional explanation regarding bees behavior and other bugs. He treated my house for bees and any other problems related to bugs inside and outside. I am very happy with his service and friendly personality.

Not another great experience, This time i got another tech that has never been here before so I had to take him around the house and show him where all the traps were. I get it. I was never here before. But it turns out he forgot, lost, or had stolen a tool which he needed to get the traps. So since he didn't have the tool I had to climb and crawl to gather the traps so he could look at them. Then I had to put them back. Why am I paying so much if I'm doing the work. The tech that was here before that parked in my driveway and then left without doing any work. But I got a bill for that visit as well. All that said, the original tech that came and set up my traps seems like he knew what he was doing. I wish I could get that guy every time. I'm getting tired of doing my job and theirs.

UPDATED AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: Thank you for your response but clearly you responded without actually reading my complaint, as it clearly notes I tried to work with you for WEEKS. This just solidifies my initial recommendation to NOT use this company. Clearly they aren't interested in correcting the situation. The initial service was suspect, as the tech was here and gone within minutes. Had to return to respray. The 2nd service, I alerted the company of the broken gate on the side of the home, and gave detailed instructions on where to enter and that mouse bait boxes needed to be filled. Thank God when I arrived home, I immediately checked the broken gate and sure enough instructions were not followed and gate was open. If I hadn't checked, my dogs would have gotten out. Then the bait boxes were not filled, yes I checked. I went back and forth with this company for weeks to resolve. I had to hire my handyman to repair the gate, as I do not have the money to buy a new gate. They refused to remedy because I didn't have a receipt for handyman work, even though they acknowledged that it was their fault the instructions were not followed. I never leave bad reviews as a small business owner, I know how damaging they can be. Even though they admitted fault, they refused to remedy. I would not recommend this company. And if this wasn't all bad enough, after the 2nd service I have ants in the home again and the centipedes are back. I'm not quite sure what service they actually performed while here that day, other than not following any instructions that were provided.

I’m changing my review. William did a sloppy job. He also left a container of poison dust in my back yard. Then they sent another technician to treat the bees when William already treated them. Unorganized.

Will was amazing! He was so thorough and suggested where to spray. He also checked the areas I had to told him were a problem before; and he was super friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone and hope to have him back!

Will is a consummate professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of my garage and the entire perimeter of my home, carefully checking all traps and replenishing them as needed. He provided a detailed report at the conclusion of his visit, outlining his findings and recommendations. I was extremely impressed by his attention to detail, professionalism, and communication. I couldn’t be more satisfied with his service it was truly a five-star experience today!

Spoke to Lori in the a.m. and had service at 2:00 PM. Friendly, knowledgeable, and just nice people. They know what they’re doing. Don’t hesitate to call them. William, the technician, was excellent and explained everything to me. I got the monthly service for the garage and house. Such a relief to not have to worry about this anymore.

10/10 would recommend. We've been using On The Spot for a while. Each time they come out we're greeted by another professional that listens to our issues and provides solutions. Today we were helped by Will who not only addressed our problem but was able to work with us to identify and prevent future issues. Will was great, the team has always been great.

Will did a great job tracking down the whole of the yellow jacket nest and quite likely has eliminated the last of them. He was very thorough and determined. He also taught me a lot about stinging insects and their colonies. Well done, and thank you!
