He was very friendly and clearly explained everything from preventative to treatment options. He made it personalized to our living situation. Best of all, his treatments were non toxic, didn't have to clear out the cabinets, safe around pets, and worked like a charm. He also offered his services if ever he was needed to come back. Page Exterminators sent Mike to my son's condo in Lynn. Appointment was at 12 and he was there at 12 with all supplies necessary. He kindly and professionally spoke to us regarding the problem areas and immediately went to work with a smile. Phenomenal interpersonal and customer service skills. Brian’s customer service was excellent! his ability to be able to speak to the customer with politeness and able to show up very clean, said a lot about him and how he takes his job seriously . When I asked questions about what he was doing when putting glue traps down or removing the mice , he gave me precise answers and his knowledge was very informative.
