Every interaction I had with Pest Assassins was top notch. I called on short notice about a big hornet nest behind my back door. Mike took the call and he was friendly and patient with me, telling he could get someone out to the house within 48 hours. He was not a pushy salesman. Tyler was the technician and I was immediately impressed by his professional appearance and polite demeanor. He looked at the nest and gave me a lot of interesting information about the bald faced hornet and the importance of eliminating the nest so close to the house. It was fun to watch and learn and you could tell he loved his job. He was efficient and thorough and did a great job making sure he didn’t leave me with a big mess. He cleaned everything up and reminded me of the 30 day guarantee. I highly recommend Pest Assassins and will definitely use them again.

Excellent response and Derek is a great technician. Service was fast and the cost very reasonable. I was hosting an event this past Sunday and required a large yellow jacket nest in a difficult area be addressed. Though I called on Friday, they were able to accommodate me for a Saturday appointment to assess and treat if I chose. Derek arrived early, explained the issue, treated it and explained what to expect after treatment. I was given peace of mind knowing the service is warranted.

Our technician Adam Riendeau was excellent. I explained to him we were having some issues with bees and he listened intently and took action to resolve the issue. He was polite, spoke well, and as always, did a great job.

Hi, Jarrod came to our home and inspected for mice. He was very professional and one of the best service people we've ever had. He's super personable, professional and very thorough. We discussed the fact that we had some minor activity in one trap. He went outside and inspected for places where mice could be getting in. He looked under our deck and found an area where mice are most likely entering. He gave me great options on how we can seal off that space. If possible, we'd like to have Jarrod as our regular service person - he's that good!

Compared where we first started this is great news. we were infested. no more mice in the house. Even the shed was in good shape. very little happening out there.

He discussed a few things with me, asked a couple questions for clarification, and let me know to have pets avoid areas that were sprayed until dry.
